Every visit is one that is more fun than the last. Sampler tray of wine or beer and pizza or a grill your own steak night.. this is a fun place for couples, friends and fun. The family run business is kitschy. But these wines are all good. Mead and Ice wine are local favorites. Red or white, by the glass or bottle..craft beers, too. It is not just for drinkers. The steaks, beef or salmon available for grill your own come with sides that are yummy. (Huge baked potatoes and in season, locally grown corn) fresh salads and home made pie selection for dessert. The fresh Produce stand and picnic tables in the summer lend to create your own crudite and getting a little buzzed. Be careful. It happens VERY easily. Kids are welcome to have smaller portions and sparkling grape juice available. Car clubs, bachelor/ette parties, friends and rehearsal dinners come here too. Talk to the host about private partied and catering. Special seating available on Sundays for Grill your Own for groups of 25 or more.

Valley Vinyards is a family-owned winery in southwestern Ohio. Their wines are tasty and reasonably priced. They rival any I've tasted from California or New York. Order the sampler, sit outside on a nice day or inside if the weather doesn't cooperate. They also have cheese plates that go nicely with the wines. On Friday nights you can go to dinner there, pick out your own steak for the grill, along with salad and potato. A bottle of wine per couple is included. We like to take out-of-town guests there since the drive to Morrow is also very pleasant.
