I liked the team spirit of the Browns but being from Canada i came as a Steelers fan. My husband is a browns fan and we rotate each year who's team we go to see. This experience was not good for me. Of all the places we have been, this was the worst for a visitor. The fans are really rude to anyone who isn't a browns fan. The guy sitting next to me made rude comments to me the whole game so much so that I felt like never coming back. Out on the street was no better. Next time I think I'll take my money to another city to see a game. I have to say I have never felt so unwelcome in a city before and I have worn my colors in a lot of other cities. I know it isn't all the browns fans that were like that but it really does tarnish your image when your fans can't be good sports. Without the opposing teams where would you be?

Love, love, love this venue - huge improvement over the old shaky, scary Muni stadium. Have enjoyed several games here, even though I moved out-of-state many years ago. Too bad they tore down The Flats - that was so much a part of the experience - really very sad about that. :(

Year in and year out, this is the BEST place to watch the Cleveland Browns!!! The new upgrades have made the gameday experience even better!

I have been going to Cleveland Browns games for over 10 years and the recent improvements to the stadium are fantastic. While only cosmetic the stadium finally feels like something to show off. Obviously, it does not have the showcase factor of the Cowboys Stadium or the legacy of Lambeau Field, but it's good for the Browns. The upcoming renovations of the actual facilities should improve the fan experience tenfold. Now if they could just start winning some games...

Loved the overall atmosphere here at the stadium. It was an awesome experience to see my first NFL game here. Can't wait to be back in a year! Only thing better would have been if the Browns won.

Drove all the way from Toronto this past weekend to catch a Browns game. Oooh-weee - what a game to catch.....I'm just glad I only bought a cheapie Manziel shirt as opposed to an expensive jersey! We got to the Stadium at about 10.30am, for 1pm kick off. Parking was easy, at the port authority lot, and no congestion at this time. I assume it gets worse, closer to kick off. Entered the stadium when gates opened at 11am as I really wanted the free beanie they were giving away to the first 30,000 entrants. Wicked! There is a great merchandise store around 120, where they have all manner of knick-knacks and gifts. The food/drink options were pretty good...had a suprisingly delicious philly cheesesteak, and didn't ever have to wait too long for beer. Lots of restrooms, so never had to wait more than a minute in line to go. Our seats were in section 117, row 36, which was on the lower corner. Great view! But for me, as a newbie just getting into football this season, it was sometimes difficult to see the plays properly and follow the ball from this angle, as opposed to side on. Thankfully - with the help of the massive screens I was able to fill in the blanks. And since the Browns spent a lot of time in the opposing teams end, we got to see a lot of the action close up! Crowds were great and really loud and riled up for the first half, great atmosphere. Everybody seemed very friendly - although, we were going for the home team. Not sure what it's like if you're supporting the opposition. When it was clear we were going to be getting our butts kicked, the festivities died down a little, and there seemed to be a mass exodus at the end of the 3rd. As with all NFL games I've been to this year, there seems to be a lot of altercations in the crowd during the 4th....people obviously having had too much to drink by this point, mixed with disappointment of seeing a bad loss I suppose. Getting out of the parking lot and stadium area after the game was an absolute breeze - obviously a fair bit of traffic, but it's handled well, especially in comparison to the debacle that is traffic management at Buffalo's stadium. Anyhow, hopefully the next time we catch a game here we can at least see a touch down! Go Browns!!

This is a great stadium to watch a football game even if you aren't a Browns fan. The location on the lake is spectacular and the fans are fun and safe.

I attended a Browns game this past Sunday and was very impressed with this stadium. Great concessions, restroom facilities and the seats were well designed. Entering and exiting the stadium was also easy, even with a very large crowd. The only improvement would be if the Browns won the game!

Wow, they really upgraded the stadium over the past year (amazing screen on the score boards!) Couple recommendations: check out stub hub for cheap seats. There is no bad seat..I like 40 yard line all the way up. This is a family friendly crowd - Browns fans are the best! Tail gate at Muni stadium (bring lots of food, get there early, enjoy!) Stadium food is expensive (surprise!) Enjoy!

We love Cleveland Browns Stadium! It is a fantastic venue for taking in a Browns Game, and the facilities are wonderful. We've sat throughout the stadium and there isn't a bad seat in the place. We love it!

Been to quite a few stadiums, this was my first visit to the Browns (First Energy Stadium) as last time I visited was the old Stadium. We were in town for the Raiders game and of course Raider Nation fans from all over we had a huge tailgate I think ours was by far the biggest, just a few blocks away from stadium. There's a trans you can take to stadium for $2.50 each way, however we walked. Unlike other stadiums and tailgates the drinking laws are more enforced when you get near the stadium, some friends were asked to dump their drinks.... wasn't huge on the tailgating near the stadium, I prefer the huge parking lot tailgates like in Buffalo or Oakland.... this was more of find a lot under the freeway type, lol. As we got closer to stadium some bars had patios full, the browns fans were very cool, never had a problem, a few heckles towards us that's all, was good times with the home fans. Once inside we had lower corner seats, again, the browns fans treated us great, nobody bothered us, only negative was people in this stadium like to sit down entire game where as I am used to standing the entire game when sitting lower section near the field, oh well, we stood when the play got intense etc as did others. Biggest Negative was by far the Mens bathrooms, I mean 20-30 people in line was crazy, hold it as long as u can til halftime otherwise may miss half a quarter just to goto bathroom. And beer sales, they don't have many vendors coming to the seats, mostly have to go get a beer and miss part of game if needed. The fans were great, stadium is very nice, biggest upper deck I ever seen, hate to be at the very top, glad we had lower seats.... and no cheerleaders, such a shame, lol.

Man was it cold. Walking to the stadium was a bit of a hassle with all the snow. I would have thought that they could have cleared the sidewalks and entrance to the stadium. Inside everything was clean and the restrooms were nice. Concessions were nice and about the same process as other stadiums. Watching a game in the cold open air stadium was nice and fun overall. Leaving the stadium was even worse than getting there. Mud and snow and ice everywhere. It was just gross. There was time to clean all that up. Surprised no-one got hurt. We would come back for another game.

Nice stadium, nothing to complain about, fun game experience. Texans won! Beer prices about average with other stadiums ($8.50 for domestic 16oz). Cold Weather football in an outdoor stadium - the way it was meant to be played.

Pre-game was fun! If sitting in the "DAWG POUND," do not bring kids. Language was horrible. Hot dogs and hot chocolate were good. The event staff were very nice, and so were the concession workers.

You can't compare the two. Municipal Stadium was a dump, whereas the now-called "FirstEnergy Stadium" has had a recent upgrade and new video screens have been installed at both ends of the stadium. And very good they are too. But Municipal Stadium had character and it was "our dump". Like most NFL stadia, don't go to the ground hungry or thirsty because prices are high. The NFL has policies governing what you can take to the stadium (not much) so be sure to check this before going to a game. All in all, the atmosphere was ok-good but not like it used to be. Decent amount of leg room. If you are going in the cold winter weather then make sure you wrap up warm because the wind off Lake Erie can be bitter.
