A perfect night at the ball park: green grass, a warm breeze, a clear sky, a bag of peanuts on my lap, a hot dog in one hand and a beer in the other hand, good company at my side, a win for the Tribe and a fireworks finale.

I've been to Wrigley Field and Comerica Park but don't like them as much as here. There are hotels withing two blocks. There are also several restaurants and bars in the same area. The stadium itself has good food at typical ball park prices. There are seats ranging from Club level, which are extra wide cushioned and the food buffet and soft drinks are included, to the cheap bleacher seats for $15. They all have a good view. If you want to want to avoid being in the sun all day I would suggest sitting on the third base line of the stadium.

Very comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced ballyard. Very enjoyable place to watch a game and relax.I'm from Boston, so cramped, uncomfortable, obstructed view, ridiculously overpriced ( but yes, historic) Fenway Is my benchmark. Progressive Field is a better park in almost every way--- except history, quality of play and unfortunately, crowd enthusiasm. Heresy I know, but it's true. The Indians are a good team and an interesting, young one, but sadly constantly hampered by insufficient funds. And less excusably, an indifferent fanbase. Sure they hsve done diehards, but the park is nearly always half empty or worse, even for Red Sox and Yankees games.

We saw the Indians play - before they were eliminated. It was a friendly crowd and the venue had a very 'home town' feel to it.

This park is very nice most seats are very good to watch a ballgame prices on food and beverage are probably average of around the country. Plenty of parking and a lot of nice bars and restaurants right around stadium

We have been Indian fans sine they were in municipal stadium through name changes Jacobs Field/Progressive field. It is downtown Cleveland and easy to get to by rapid transit. Parking if you are driving can get to be pricey. If you take the rapid you can stop by the casino before or after and wait for the trains to empty out. On the other hand if you are in the players club at the casino and play for half an hour your parking is free.seats depend on your preferance our sons (30 and 34) love the bleachers. We prefer behind the dugouts. If you get further out you are looking at the plate on an angle. Upper deck has been wide open the last few years but we sat there regularly when Jacobs field first opened and the games were always sold out..not bad for upper deck seats, but you are Up There.Best kept secret is The Kids club. We take turns with who is up there with our grandson. Hopefully he'll sit through a few more innings this year..but it is nice to know he can knock himself out on all the equipment and we can still see the game. Plenty of kid friendly bathrooms, kid friendly crafts, lots of toys and tumbling type activities. It does fill up but they are suppose to expand it this year. Plus is if you know you are likely to spend a good deal of time watching from the kids club...you can go for cheaper seats.Things do get a little raucous when Yankees are in town but even then the crowds are friendly. With so many teams within easy driving distance its a good place if you want to catch your team on a road trip.

I love the Indians and this ball park is great. Food is good, easy available bathrooms, parking is easy. Just a good time!

Hard to find a more family-friendly venue than Progressive. Adults and Children alike will love the safe ambiance and fun environment. This is our favorite place to spend a summer evening in Cleveland. Lots of discount tickets available through different community groups - keep your eye out for a great deal and lots of fun.

I guess I was spoiled by Clevelands old staadium, it had almost twice the seats. I"ve been to progressive field 6 times. they used to advertise that there wasn't a bad seat in the house well I havent had a good one. One set of seats I had were in the 3rd row in right field maybe 50 feet from the right fielder. The seat was facing directly at the scoreboard. I had to turn to my left almost 120 Degres to see home plate. One sset of seats said they were upper box seaats, when I found them I was in the last row upper deck past the 1st base line that was it for me.

Great place to see a ballgame, the viewing lines are good and there are a number of good food options.

Great ballpark with good sightlines from any section. You may have to squint from some sections, but I've never sat anywhere that my view was obstructed.

Progressive Field is great. Who doesn't like baseball? Stadium is clean, people are friendly. Parking is usually not too much of a problem.

The seats were great. The people were friendly. It just had the look and feel of a Minor League venue. I am not saying it wasn't fun, it just was different that Major League Ball parks we have been to in the past. We still enjoyed ourselves.

Progressive Field has been named as the most family-friendly ballpark in America - and it truly does deserve that rating.This is a gorgeous ballpark that promises to be even prettier and more family-friendly in 2015 (and following). There are many changes being made to the park this wintertime, and each change is meant to enhance the experience.I live a block and a half from the stadium, and I'm able to watch the renovations taking place; and it's exciting. As an Indian's fan, I must confess that I'm growing impatient for the beginning of the 2015 season.I've always enjoyed Progressive Field, but with the changes being made, my visits this summer (and beyond), will be even more enjoyable.

We travel to a different baseball stadium every summer and this summer we went to Progressive Field. What made it so much fun, is that our home team, the Seattle Mariners were playing against the Indians. It's a nice stadium, but we really enjoyed the fans that we met who gave us some great recommendations of things to do and places to eat at.
