motoquest - day rentals

The wife and I rented a bike from Motoquest Portland and rode it down the coast to their Long Beach location over the next 10 days. Awesome experience. They were very helpful when I accidentally lost the key.

This was buddy Craig's and my first experience renting BMW bikes from Motoquest - and it was truly memorable for all the right reasons! Portland (OR) Manager Andrew Pallotta had our F800GS's prepped (Spring and seat heights preset) and ready to ride at 9am as promised: paperwork was quick and comprehensive, and we were on our way. I can't credit Andy for 4 sublime sunny days riding the Wanatchee forest and the Cascades, nor did he organise the Seattle round of Supercross - but I'm sure he would have. Meeting us outside office hours back in Portland was above and beyond the call of duty, and saved us a day as we were flying back to Australia next morning. A local brew to say thanks was the least we could do. Anywhere Andy wants to leave a Motoquest bike - be it Anchorage, Portland or LA - we'll eagerly jump on board again!
