acquiesce winery

Five of us went to Acquiesce Winery run by Susan Tipton. It was a thrill to meet her and be given a personal tour. One in our group is a member of her wine club. Loved her wines, the unique bottles and labels. Dynamite woman!

The white wine in Acquiesce is just spectacular. The lady pouring was helpful and very nice. The bite size appetizer was just perfect with the wine. My friends who were with me definitely enjoyed the wine there.

Even though I am a red drinker, we went to Acquiesce on a recommendation. I am so glad we did! The staff was fun and knowledgeable about the area. The wines were all wonderful, and what I loved most was that they paired each selection with a small appetizer. We bought the Picpoul Blanc and enjoyed it immensely. The $5 tasting fee was waived with a purchase. We will definitely return!

The owner/wine maker is a delightful woman if you get the chance to meet her. She grows and makes only whites. They are delicious. We were lucky enough to be there for an event and her food was delicious and outstanding. Very nice people are at this winery!!!
