We had a private tour by Dan, and was not disappointed ... The Olive oils tried were complex, with such depth, that you felt you were in Italy tasting them! I've tired oils over in Italy as well, and these were very very close ... A must try for amazing finishing and cooking oils....

We came by here on a recommendation from our wine guy at the Jelly Belly Factory (yes, there's wine there!). Glad we stopped in. Got to sample several olive oils and balsamic vinegars. And of course we had to buy a few bottles. It was very hot outside so we did not do the tours.

Interesting and comprehensive tour of the olive oil farm and pressing process and facility, followed by a tasting of various oils. Like wine, it was nice to be able to taste before purchasing. Il Fiorello also offers various culinary events. If we lived in the area, we would definitely be checking those out.FYI: Fairfield is about an hour north of San Francisco and is nearby various wineries, the Jelly Belly Factory and the Budweiser factory. We made a day of it and even the eleven year old in tow wasn't bored!
