Excellent bar to avoid the crowds at Pier Ave. Food is great and the beer selections are very good. Go for happy hour and enjoy some appetizers as the sun sets from the 3rd level.

Things have changed since my last review!The happy hour goes to 7:00, Awesome! The food is completely different in a good way! Same menu as downstairs but in the revamped ocean bar atmosphere. The night life is still just as fun! I personally like to party when I go out on the weekend, so walking up those stairs to the party awaiting is always fun and exciting for me! Two Saturdays ago my bf and I went up to Ocean Bar at midnight, needless to say it was insanely busy, line around the block. Easy solution, got in touch the bouncer who radioed the manager, got a bottle of champagne in the works. We were upstairs at a awesome table right in the mix in under 10 minutes. Its very hard to get this type of service anywhere, much less Hermosa! Very cool experience, would recommend to any fellow good time seeker!
