If you want a great burger, patty melt or just a drink. This is the place to come. Food is prepared right in front of you. They now have a full bar and more space. Owner is very friendly and goes out of way to make your visit enjoyable. It is a bar so you must be 21 or older to get in.

Jasmine and Rob have horrible customer service and both me and my staff will never return to this establishment.you go inside...no welcoming.....no greeting. I told her...Jasmine... i came to pick up an order ..."What order!?" Jasmine replies sarcastic tone , I told her my order name and she replies " I told you it would be ready in 10 minutes" in a sarcastic tone. It was not busy AT ALL. I did not receive a thank you a recite or have a nice day. I felt like i was seriously not welcome in there. When I called to get Jasmines name Rob answered the phone. "Hello....?" is this Johnny B's? " Yea...whats up bro". The bottom of my bread on my burger is soggy, no big deal, ok maybe we should of picked up the order sooner. But what can I do I am at work. but the meat is good so I can tip my hat to the cook.Message to the owner. I looked you up and came because of your great reviews. I would like you to know that you have lost customers. Based on both mine and my staffs experience with your staff.I wish we could have left a better review, specially after reading such wonderful reviews. Customer service and first impressions are big for returning customers. No more company meals coming from here. I'm sure Jack in the Box will meet the most basic level of customer service.Thanks for the meat and the attitude.Honda

Great place for burgers and beer. We always get a patty melt, fries and a beer. Many craft beers to choose from and the very best patty melt in all of San Diego. Very friendly staff and casual atmosphere.
