I booked a party, and most the children had a great time but the party package was not as great as you would expect. It started after checking in and the staff pointed to one of the rooms and told us our room was over there and we can set up if we wanted to. There was no "party host" available, every time I needed something I had to find a staff member. There are three large party rooms but little to no staff supervision, After a few minutes of jumping I walked into our reserved room to find a man moving his family into the room. He was unable to reserve a room for his party and was looking for a place to set up for his party. It made me nervous to leave the room unattended so an adult had to sit in there for the rest of the jump time. I had reserved the party with the pizza and drinks "first class party" and the pizza was placed on the table while we were jumping but had to find a staff member for drinks. We were fortunate enough to have some staff come into the room unfortunately it was only because we were in the room by the door to the back of the building, and staff was walking in and out of the room only to go thru the door. We asked a staff when we were done with the rom but he was unsure because he had no watch so we just sat there and only knew it was time to leave when someone came in and told us he needed to set up for the next party and started cleaning off the table. I don’t know what I was expecting went to John's incredible last year and we had a party host for the entire party. Now for the jump arena: They have a small trampoline area and recently just put in a ninja warrior type obstacle course, which takes up more than half the arena. I prefer jumping and not so excited about the ninja area. The walk way to different areas is very narrow, it was difficult to pass someone walking the other direction. The Arena was preaty full the day we went. Staff was standing by watching but not very attentive to the rules, I've seen them watch kids throwing the foam at one another, jumping in front of others, and eating in the area but not saying anything to them. I would not go back it was a waste of mony yhe first time.
We enjoyed the time dedicated to younger children in the morning and wish they had the same option for slightly older children before they are tweens and teens.
I went here with my cousins and at first I didn't think a room full of trampolines would be that interesting. I loved it! It was $9 for an hour and completely worth it. Us adults wore out after about 30 minutes, the kids at 45 minutes, the youngest didn't want to leave. It was great exercise to work out the lower legs, and the kids loved it too. There are balls and punching bags hanging from the ceiling to give you something to try to aim for (I just couldn't get high enough to hit them), there's a room for dodge ball (I stayed away from that), and a space to bounce off a trampoline into a pit of foam.I would say wear long pants - one of my younger cousins ended up with a slight skinned knee when he slid on a trampoline. If I'm in California again, I'll definitely go back. You'll need to make reservations and have any children's parents sign their waiver. All jumpers must sign the waiver.
