The atmosphere was nice and had a country feel to it. Big change from the Mountain View and Silicon Valley cities during my business weekday travels. However, the people in this area need to lighten up a bit in this market place. Its the valley and being at peace while you shop and eat is the name of the game in this experience. Overall I was pretty relaxed for a Sunday afternoon in the Valley.
This little town in northamerica is just sooo gorgeous and beautiful. I love spending time there. The farmersmarked is always a Highlight
Again, wandering around on Saturday morning and stumbled upon the Farmers Market off Main St. LOVELY! Lots of fresh fruits and veggies, crafts, soaps, lavender goods, coffee, cheese...etc it was wonderful. Made me really wish we had one like that at home.
This farmers' market is open all year around. It offers more types of produce and better selections than any other market in this part of California. I've been going there for many years and it never disappoints.
The farmer's market in Ptown is as grand as they get. They have veggies you know and some you've never seen before, bakeries galore, roasted chicken, berries, lettuce, tree fruit, olive oil, jams and jellies, cheeses, meat, fish, knife sharpening, kettlecorn, music, balloons, and politicians. My family goes nearly every Saturday. It runs year round though it's a bit thinner in the winter. It never rains in California now, so you don't need an umbrella. Parking is available along the old railroad right of way that runs south mid-block from Angela. Take the kids. Leave the dog somewhere else. Watch out for strollers.
