A great local paved track, expanded from a symetrical 1/2 mile to egg-shaped 3/8 mile a few years ago.I have watched racing there for more than 14 years with my son, brother & friends. The smaller local divisions are fun to watch, the big NASCAR events, a couple of times a year, are really good. I think you must pre-buy tickets from Bill McAnally Racing for the NASCAR events.I have raced the track with Spectator Racing, both when the track was the original 1/2 mile & in it's current 3/8 mile configuration.
I attend two or three races a year at All American Speedway, which hosts races sponsored by NASCAR's Whelen All American Series. Whenever I attend the races, I have always enjoyed the action. Getting to see the skilled drivers pass each other at high speed is one thing I love to see. Of course, there's always going to be problems like cars crashing into each other and either a blown tire or engine or fuel spill. All in all, I have found the All American Speedway to be one of my favorite sports destinations in the Roseville area.
See their own web site for info. Too bad, was looking forward to doing it. Unfortuantly did not know it was out of business until went to All American Speedway at appointed time and date. No one there. Finally a Fair Ground worker told us they are out of business. Confirmed on their web site.
Purchase 2 race packages. Was able to schedule one race but then Patrick called to cancel. Was not able to get an ansewer or a return phone call to reschedule. IFound out that they have shut down Spectator Racing . Does any one know how to get in touch with the person who rented the cars to Patrick.I would like to get a refund.
Exciting racing. Drink specials before the race too! The place gets shady around 7, but the closer you sit to the top the sooner you will get shade. The bathroom situation can get annoying--long lines, only a couple stalls in the ladies room. Otherwise, it's a great place to hand out on a Saturday night.
At All American Speedway is a company called Spectator Racing which sells people the chance to drive a race car. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They will take your money and never allow you to schedule a race date. Plus, the owner Patrick, is extremely unprofessional, never returns phone calls or emails and verbally abusive. We are extremely unhappy with our experience. They should not be allowed to sell racing packages unless they intend to actually give you what you paid for.
Roseville's All American Speedway has been around for ages. I grew up around that place, with friends and family involved in racing and the pits. Whether super modifieds or sprints and quarters, it's always a fun outing, especially if you like noise, exhaust and some mayhem on the track. :-)
Loved going here! Bought GroupOn coupons and my husband and I took our 11 year old boys two friends with us. We all had a blast! Such a great place to have fun for a night! Lots of action, kept the 3 boys entertained as well as my husband and I. Food/drinks a bit expensive. Make sure you go to all food booths. They are not all the same $. A little expensive when buying food for 5, but otherwise a wonderful night! Definite plus to Roseville and hope it isn't moved far, if it is moved!
We traveled over 500 miles and found it worth the trip. We enjoyed great Nascar K&N West series racing on a beautiful Saturday night. The on track action matched the awesome pyrotechnics during the opening ceremonies. We also enjoyed the Speers SW tour race before the big show. The parking, seating and easy entrance were a plus. The only drawback was the speedway food vendors. The prices were high and the food quality was poor even for "race track" food. We will make other arrangements to eat before the races during our next trip in April 2013.
Being new to Roseville, I have been attending the Races every Saturday night by myself (62 yr old female) but have met so many good people there. It has a great family atmosphere so that anyone can attend any of the events and enjoy. I always feel very safe and comfortable at all the Races.
I've seen several country music shows here, and love to watch the enduro races which is a semi destruction derby with stock cars going 100 laps on a soapy wet track one direction, stop and go 100 laps in the opposite direction. Fun times spent here.
We enjoy spending a couple Saturday evenings every summer at the speedway. It's clean family fun. Plus, the racing is prety good, as well. Just $10 to get in and kids under 11 are just $5.
