Just wrapped up our class with Saul and we had the best time! Learning the process was easy because Saul was great and patient. Our pieces will always trigger fantastic memories! This is going on our list of amazing things we have done and we highly recommend it!

We spent an afternoon learning the art of glassblowing with Art and his wife Gina!! It could not have been a more rewarding and fun experience!! We came away with a greater appreciation for thus art form and Saul could not have been a more willing and enthusiastic teacher!! It is well worth the time to create your own creations with Saul guiding you at each and every blow!! We'd go back for sure!!

Our glass blowing class with Saul was definitely one of the highlights of our vacation to California. Saul was excellent in helping our family of five create wonderful pieces to bring home. His passion and skill combined with his friendly personality and desire to share his knowledge made our experience one we will cherish forever. He even makes it fun and easy for children. It is certainly an activity I would recommend for anyone wanting a memorable and fun experience while in Santa Barbara.

Thank you Saul we had so much fun and we are excited to see our works of art in the mail.The only thing I would have done different is to plan our visit earlier so we could take our glass home with us.

I have enjoyed 3 glassblowing classes with Saul--a masterful, patient and professional teacher/artist.Saul's studio is filled with breathtaking and inspiring creations.Even though students are working with molten glass, Saul's calm presence and instruction sets you at ease immediately. I have created a number of beautiful items that I am proud to display in my home or give away as gifts.If you get the chance to take this class: DO IT! It's a one-of-a-kind experience that shouldn't be missed!

I bid on a gift certificate from SB art glass at a golf tourney. My wife will love this! So I thought. The day before valentines day I surprise her by driving up to SB and pull up to the studio. I find out later she was not thrilled. So she goes through the motions and starts to perk up. This activity distracted her perfectly and by the time she was on her second piece (you get to make 2) her cares had melted away. The guy that runs it, can't remember his name...sorry...is a true artist. Schooled in glass blowing in college, he started his studio and is very prolific in the community. Not only is his art distributed widely, he supports schools and community art programs by allowing tours and classes through. Really great guy. So I recommend blowing glass at Santa Barbara art glass as an activity you'll all life to do.
