We were walking by Brix when three American women tumbled out gushing the establishment's praises. We went inside and were not disappointed. We went for the Birkenstock Pizza which had strong tastes of feta, black olives and oregano on a quality pizza base. We also had $5 side salads and I enjoyed a glass of local lager. Our young waitress was friendly and helpful as we sat at a window table enjoying the evening light in sleepy Ellensburg - particularly sleepy now that Central Washington University is on summer vacation.
