If you are into creeks and falls or just like taking your time, then I highly suggest this stop. Not much in the way of parking - more like pull outs. Enter via Steven's Canyon entrance and right before Box Canyon you will only come across a small brown sign for Nickle Creek. It never said but if you look on the map this crosses Cougar Falls.
