If you are in the Triangle, NC area and adore antiques, you are in for a treat. Take a drive to the lovely town of Sanford, NC to visit my favorite antique mall in the world. Even the front door is antique, so pull hard and get yourself inside for hours and hours of enjoyment. They have everything! There are many vendors to suit your interests and collecting obsessions. One of my favorites is the huge antique postcard collection neatly arranged to make finding cards under certain topics much easier. I also really like a booth on the second floor with old glassware and seasonal decorations. The owners of the Sanford Antique Mall are named John and Jenks. If I am looking for something in particular I ask them and if it is in the store they can quickly find it. My only warning is this: the place is so big and goes on and on. If you love browsing old items and antiques, save yourself enough time!

The Sanford Antique Mall is opened Monday - Saturday and offers over 18,000 sq. ft. of antiques, collectibles, shabby chic to mid-century modern. If you get hungry while shopping there is an entrance to Java Cafe Express from inside the mall.
