I recently visited this establishment with my family. It was a Saturday night and the place was steady but there were plenty of open tables. After waiting 20+ minutes for waitstaff, I approached the manager. She was the most mediocre excuse for management I have ever met. She made excuses with me and instead of immediately rectifying the situation proceeded to scold me for telling her bartender that I was "f***ing pissed" in regards to the lack of service I had received. She spoke down to me, never once apologized for her lack of management of her floor staff, and displayed no signs of having any experience in customer service in her life. She proceeded to come over to my table after I confronted her (I assumed to apologize,) but yet again this women disappointed me. Instead of apologizing for the situation, she became confrontational with my father, raising her voice and legitamately getting in his face. This was the most astonishing display of poor customer service I have ever experienced. This place would be great if they didn't have managers with no more than 10th grade education running it. Embarrasing.

Right on the beach and does not open on rainy days. We stay at the hotel and used our rebate bucks to pay for our drinks. Nice relaxing atmosphere.

I was in a group of 12 guys and we all ordered our meals at the same time and everyone was served but me. I had to wait another 20 minutes for my meal while everyone was eating. I finally got my meal after everyone was done. No apology from the staff. Also, there is no bathroom so if you have to go then you're doing it in a portable potty.
