The last time we visited soaring eagle we were treated badly but we were in the area and thought one more chance for them. But once again not a good review as they have removed most of the machines we loved to play, and what they have are so tight you cant even enjoy yourself. We tried to get food to go and that didnt happen once again so we left and sat in our hotel room the rest of night. Soaring eagle also tightened up their comps you can only get a certain amount 1 time now.
This property prides itself on excellence and never fails to deliver. A Vegas standard casino with every table game you can imagine and endless rows of slot machines. Self service soft drink bar and adult beverages at reasonable cost. A great all-night deli for late night gnoshing and a friendly staff. Their player's club is generous and is recommended. Stay at the fabulous hotel and enhance your visit.Absolutely the best casino in Michigan.
Been coming here for years! Slot selection has always been great! Plenty of choices from penny slots to dollar slots. Table games have numerous selections also. Most weekends the table games have at least a $10 minimum and are packed and hard to find an open spot. I suggest going on a sunday afternoon or during the week. We have attended several concerts outside during the summertime and the pricing is very reasonable especially if you like lawn seats. The actual seats at the outdoor venue are rather expensive and cramped, so we prefer the lawn seats. Always have great service provided every time we have been. Plenty of food options from low priced snacks to high priced fine dining. The buffet is worth the price!
Awsome Florida georiga line. Good sound. Short lines to bathroom. Didn't have to wait in line for drinks. They had servers delivering drinks in the crowd. Mad it very easy and much more enjoyable.
Beautiful large casino, numerous dining options from quick pizza, deli style meals, Bar food, Diner, Buffet to fancy sit down, they have it all. 5 Bars and any kind of gaming your looking for except a no sports book. Has something for everyone, even a no smoking section of the Casino.
Very smokey. A lot of the machines are very old and outdated. You have to get your own drinks which can be difficult at times.Food is average at best.We did win a little money but would not go again.
I used my Hero card for the first time, and all aspects of my stay were excellent. I called about a week before room was needed, got a great room, a real nice spokesperson on the phone, who explained all the benefits and restrictions of my visit. Check in was smooth, room sparkling clean, and the whole experience was great.I will use my benefit/gift from the casino monthly, and look forward to my next stay. Thank you Soaring Eagle for a nice winter getaway.
None of the 5 of us won anything at the slots over 2 days. We crossed the street to where the Bingo is and 3 of the 5 of us won.
Closest casino to our door so this is the one we usually go to. They have high stakes bingo too which we thoroughly enjoy.
My husband and I aren't gambler so basically we played the slots to use our free premium credits. I don't like how you have to walk through smoking areas to get to the entertainment center and restaurants from the hotel side.
My husband and I have been here several times for concerts, and we brought the kids with us one weekend. The hotel/casino complex is large and offers a great pool area and wonderful spa. The rooms are nice and check-in/check-out is easy. If you have kids in tow and want to do some gambling in the casino or getaway for a spa day, you can drop the kids off at Kids Quest, an on-site haven for kids with full supervision, lots of activities, and food! The only thing I don't like is the location of Kids Quest as it's close to the casino and people do no respect the no-smoking policy for the passageway in front of Kids Quest. Our kids have been asking us to go back because they LOVE Kids Quest.
Lovely interior. Nice gaming floor. Lots of machines and black jack tables. Nice buffet behind gaming floor. The hotel is worth staying at if you are going to drink for the night.
Just visited for a comedy show the comedian was excellent but the walk through the gaming floor was like a trip through the World Championship of Smoking. Not sure if it's a lack of ventilation or of this is what the facility is going for... We have traveled the world and hit many casinos and have never seen the volume of second hand smoke we saw here. Needless to say our non smoking room still smelled like an ash tray.
If you like to smoke, this is the place for you. My husband and I went to a comedy show and decided to have dinner in the casino & walk around beforehand. Big mistake. The food was very mediocre in the restaurant and the smoke on the gaming floor was oppressive.
