I went to this place because I was staying in the adjacent hotel. The waitress never came over so after 15 minutes I went to the bar. Another 5 minutes or so someone finally asked me what I wanted. I ordered a martini. It took another 10 minutes to get it. When I asked about it I was told it "takes a few minutes to make a martini". No it doesn't. I bartend and it should take about one minute. I went back to the table and finished the martini. Still no waitress. We had to flag one down. They weren't busy. Just a lot of servers and employees standing around laughing. They have a nice location and interior but the service kills it. If I was the owner or manage I would fire the while crew, they were lazy and had no concept of customer service. I would never go back. We actually had a group event planned there and cancelled it.

Great staff. Food menu mediocre. Tuesday $1 burger night however, toppings cost extra. But the Fried Louie burger at $3.50 is a steal.
