new age skincare spa

Every time we plan to be in Excelsior Springs, the first thing I do is call and book an appointment at this spa. We recently traveled with another couple so I called a couple weeks ahead of time to book appointments for all four of us. We've booked various services with Brenda, Megan, and Diane and have always been happy. This time was no different. We all got massages and our friends were so impressed they are already talking about a return trip. These ladies are skilled, friendly, and their prices are reasonable. We'll be going back in a few months!

Once we booked our stay at the "Elms" I called for over 2 weeks and emailed several times before Finally getting someone to answer the phone. I booked 2 services. Decided we wanted to add another service. Once again I called and called and called. I left a message every single time and even stressed that I had once again been emailing and calling for over a week again. I got a call the day before our appointments and I honestly told the gal to cancel them. If they can not return a phone call after as many as I had to leave (and she said that she only had one from me and that one had been left 2 days prior as I gave up) then I was not trusting of the quality of services. I hope what ever issues get resolved as that is business out the window for not returning a call or checking your email. We saw the place opened while we were there and we wanted to stop in and see if they had a phone.

Went for a deep tissue massage. Have to say that it was the most relaxing deep tissue I have ever had. Very effective but without the pain I have had from previous deep tissue massages. Even fell asleep near the end. Will definitely return.

If you are coming to Excelsior Springs, MO to stay at the Elms or just browse the shops downtown, I would highly recommend that you call in advance to make an appointment to have a spa service with Brenda or Megan. They are both very professional, and treat their clients as they would want to be treated. All of the facials/massages that I have received have been heaven to the point that I probably will not be getting any spa services when I go out-of-town because I can get something better right here at home. I highly recommend the "Just for You" facial with the Signature Eyelift Treatment, and the heated feet and hand treatment......you will definitely feel like a Princess.

Enjoyed the European Facial and Neck, Hand Massage. Very relaxing and looked great afterwards.

I have been to many spas, including Las Vegas, NYC, Santa Fe and Phoenix and the spa treatments at New Age are certainly on par with those spas. The treatments are cutting edge, the service is outstanding and the prices cannot be beat. The Japanese Facial (Face Lift) is unlike any other treatment. LOVE every service I have had at this lovely and relaxing spa!

My daughter and I regularly visit this wonderful spa. The prices and services can't be beat. We actually drive 45 min to spa at New Age and it's well worth it. I haven't found a spa around me (north of the river) that can compete.

I first went to this spa in September with a girlfriend. We got a room at the ELMS but didn't want to pay their high spa prices so we thought we'd check it out. It was sublime. The service was far better than expected, friendly and professional, and the prices were much cheaper than other spas. The ambiance was beautiful and they have a long list of services. Both my girlfriend and I have since become regular customers as I can actually afford to have monthly spa treatments at those prices. I even got my mother a facial as a gift and she loved it so much she plans on returning.
