Like someone else said, you walk into the place and no one greets you. We walked up to the bar and had staff walk back and forth in front of us for several minutes. The best thing about the place, the view, you can't even see from inside. And to sit outside is very far and inconvenient from where you order food and drinks. Very limited food options, but the beer was good! The flight is a great deal, 5 small beers for $4.

The service at Crown Valley was really great. The place is really nice. I would recommend visiting this brewery if you are a beer fan, snob, or nerd.

We stopped here for something to do on a Saturday afternoon, there isn't much to do in Sainte Genevieve. The place was pretty busy and you just walk into a big bar looking place with a little gift shop in front. No one greets you or anything so when you walk in it's a little confusing. We finally asked a girl and she explained we could sit anywhere at the bar or a table and try samples. They had some food for purchase and you had to pay for all the samples. The beer was like a dollar for a little 4 oz glass, the wine was more and liquors. We also each tried a mixed drink and a couple beers. The mixed drinks were very expensive and had the liquor and local made soda in them. I have a fizzy pumpkin tini with the pumpkin cheesecake flavored vodka and root beer I think; it was alright not great at all. The root beer was overwhelming, hardly no alcohol in it for 7 bucks. My boyfriend got some moonshine drink that was downright awful, neither one of us could gag it down. There were a lot of people there drinking and getting growlers filled. Neither one of us thought it was that great, not sure we'd go back.

We stopped here in the afternoon on a Saturday in March and the place was packed. I don't think there was any sort of event going on, just everyone trying to get out after a long winter. My boyfriend sampled 3 of their moonshines. He liked them. I got a small beer and it was good. We stayed inside because the weather wasn't quite warm enough to sit outside. Since it was so busy and loud, we only stayed about 30 minutes and then moved onto a more quiet winery. The food looked good.

The place was clean and nice to look at. Otherwise, the service was so slow. Don't show up hungry either. Food choices are slim. Beer was good.

Good beer selection. Decent beer with entertainment on weekends. Nice interior along with a nice patio outside where the band was. I only wish I would have tried the distilled products too. Located between Farmington and Ste. Genevieve, it's a must stop for craft brew. Nice views from patio too.

Myself and my wife go about half a dozen times a year to the Brewery . They have a good selection of microbrew beers available. I like the October Fest beer the best it has a good aroma and hearty nutty taste. My wife prefers the apple over all else. The view is pretty and they have bands through out the summer. The food selection is not great and neither is the actual food itself. But we go to relax and have a few beers, overall it's a good relaxing time. They also offer tours and shuttle rides to their winery and to Spokes in town Farmington. Actually eat at Spokes then go to the brewery the food is good at Spokes so is the service.

A group of friends stayed at the B&B here. They offered a shuttle all around the ground, including the winery and brewery. The brewery was by far my favorite. They beer is great and they offer a really good sampler so you can taste several of the many beers they have. It was a really fun time - highly recommended.

The beer was excellent. We especially enjoyed the Big Bison Ale and had it with some of their yummy soft pretzels. We took home and enjoyed a six pack of mixed beers (bison ale, pilsener, and the gunslinger IPA). We also went to their winery but enjoyed the brewery much better. Their beers are much better than the wines; their winemaking still has a long way to go.

The Crown Valley Brewing and Distilling pub/restaurant, is a very nice place to visit. It is immaculately clean has an indoor area and an outdoor patio with a beautiful view. It is wonderful place to get together and 'kick back' for an hour or two. The Rootbeer for the kids is delicious and their $2. beer on Sunday's is great! An interesting unique special place you won't forget!

Live music, lots of shade, beautiful view. Beer samples with snack for I think $7 or something. Good size samples too. Do yourself a favor and grab a pack of Izzy Rootbeer on your way out. It's soooo goood. They also have wine and hard liquor if you want something a little different. There's also a very large indoor area if you're tired of the heat.

It's large, and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our tasting very much.

Stopped in for a beer or two on Saturday the 9th while out on a bike ride. We were greeted warmly and quickly. Got up to the bar and were given a copy of the beer list with helpful descriptions. I opted for the Barnwood Blonde and it was delicious. Went out on the patio where there was live music - very mellow. Perfect for sitting and talking and enjoying a brew. I will definitely be coming back and bringing more friends!

A little disappointed in the food and the place overall, but they did have a nice sample tray of beer that was awesome!

I don't really drink wine or alcohol. I went for a ladies night event with girls from work. It was fun!
