Rosalie located on Broad Street. You can't miss it with her very unique picket fence (white). once served as Headquarters for the Union Army during War Between the States. Many of the original antiques and furnishings can still be viewed here. Rosalie is now affiliated with the DAR

Love this home! It is beautiful with an amazing view of the river. My family has visited many times, and I remember visiting it as a child. I will continue to return to Rosalie for my southern visits.

One of the four historic houses we toured today with our voucher package.Great location looking up and down the river. The two of us were guided around the house and learnt a lot about the two families that occupied the great house.

Rosalie was one of two historic homes we toured in Natchez. Rosalie was well preserved and gives a good feel for living conditions of the times. Our guide was very knowledgable of the home and the family. Well worth your time.Take a look at the river view from the upstairs porch.....spectacular.

This is a beautiful old home right on the Natchez bluff overlooking the Mississippi River. Our tour was just my wife and I and our two teenage kids with a very knowledgable and friendly tour guide.Besides the home, getting a history of the families who owned and occcuied it was very interesting. The gardens outside were also nice and, if not the middle of winter here, must have gorgeous flowers and shrubs. This home is a fairly short walk from the heart of downtown Natchez at the south end of the Bluff park.

This was the only historic home that we visited during our stay, and it was a good choice. The docents did a good job of describing the history of the home and its residents.

The tour was informative and a great introduction to natchez! We learned not only about the history of the mansion but of Natchez.

Rosalie was recommended by our B&B host because it has so many original pieces. The house was taken over as a Union Headquarters during the war and General Gresham had many of the home furnishings moved to the attic so that they wouldn't be destroyed. The result is that the furniture, china, silver and decorative porcelain have all been preserved. The home is a classic Greek Revival style. It stayed in the family for years and was purchased by the DAR in the late 1930s. Nancy, our tour guide, was delightful and knowledgeable. To my way of thinking this home is the most lovely of all the antebellum mansions in Natchez, not because it is the grandest, but, because of its grand views of the Mississippi River .Our tour lasted just under an hour. Buy tickets in a package at the visitors' center to save $6:00.

We toured this museum in October 2014 and had a wonderful tour by a very knowledgeable guide. This was well worth the stop!

One of my favorite tours. The mansion contains many of the original family pieces. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and took his time talking with the group. Must see in Natchez!

My friends and I enjoyed this home the most. Fantastic tour guides with great stories about the home owners, "Yankee" generals and home's history. The furnishings are original and well kept. You must tour this home!

This was really the mansion at the top of the Natchez bluff. The home includes much original and period furniture. Local historians provide excellent tours and are very knowledgeable. We learned a great deal.

very interesting, but the tour guide could have given more information on the history of the people who lived there, because the history of a beautiful house is the architecture, but also the lives of the people who lived there.
