A secret of the locals, this theatre offers local and national artists on its schedule of events. It's calendar is small with very reasonable ticket prices. The old theatre seats about 200 people with a main floor and small balcony. It's reserved seating, so you have your choice to sit left of stage, right of stage or the balcony. There is plenty of leg room but the seats are definitely vintage (somewhat small but clean!). They offer a small selection of coffee, tea and cookies for sale. You can carry in only water into the theatre. We enjoyed an evening of ragtime music performed by an award winning pianist - he was phenomenal. We will definite go back for other performances but will come early to check out some of the new restaurants that have opened up in this quaint little town.
