My son had his birthday party there, and it will be the last time we go.When you walk into Rebounderz, it looks like a nice, clean, huge trampoline place. The party room was nice; more spacious than a lot of party rooms I've been in and the cubby hole for your things is actually in the room so you can feel comfortable leaving them. However, there were a number of things that were unacceptable:1. When a guest arrives to your party, they are directed back to your party room and your hostess checks them in, gets them their grippy socks that they have to wear, and gets them their wristband. If they have not signed a waiver yet, they can do that in the room. This process would work if the hostess did not have to keep leaving to do other things. One of my guest's children had to wait a full ten minutes for our hostess to come back before they were checked in.2. When we walked in, my mom was put to work taking down the names of all the guests as they arrived. 3. Even though I had told them exactly how many children were coming, they did not have the correct number or sizes of grippy socks for the guests. 4. They did not have my son's birthday t-shirt in his size, so gave him an adult-sized shirt.5. Our pizza was a full 30 minutes late. While the children did get to jump more during that time, it was 7pm before it finally showed up and they were hungry and bored of jumping (and getting the whistle blown at them for running on the trampolines, which they are accustomed to doing at other trampoline places). The pizza is not good at all.6. There is a Chuck-E-Cheese - style arcade in the middle that is there to make you spend more money. They give each child at the party 4 tokens, which sounds great, but that only gets you two games, so obviously all the children at the party are now begging grown ups for tokens. The games were broken. The ticket counter did not count the tickets properly, and the games ate the tokens.7. The bathrooms were disgusting - the trash can was overflowing onto the floor.8. It was understaffed. Our hostess had to make the punch herself, keep checking on the pizza, and take care of us. This added to the issue of not having someone in our room to check in guests as they arrived.9. When we talked to management about everything, they did not apologize. They comped one pizza, but really I wanted them to listen and fix the issues.10. Someone's car was broken into on the side of the building. Our hostess told us never to park over there because there are no security cameras over there but there are on the other side. If cars are getting broken into over there, why would they not put in security cameras?I think this place could be really good, but it is so incredibly busy that they need better management and organization. They have plenty of information about you before the party and have the opportunity to prepare, but unfortunately that just did not happen. Our hostess was helpful and sweet, but just had too much to do. Get the poor girl some help. Have her stay in the room all the time. Give her a walkie talkie so she can call for help when she needs it instead of keep leaving the room unattended. Get rid of the arcade if you're not going to maintain it.Urban air runs a much better birthday party - Rebounderz is just too big and mismanaged.
The music inside is really loud!!! You cannot have a conversation in a normal voice when your in there. Went for a kids birthday party and it was really awkward because we're all in a tiny room and there was pizza for the kids only!! The adults that were there were left standing just looking at each other and the kids eating...
I think this is a really fun option for kids to interact and move their bodies. My concern is the supervision of older, bigger kids playing in the same areas as smaller children. Needs better supervision but otherwise a nice option for fun and exercise.
If you love having a whistle blown at you and your kids for simply having fun then this place is perfect for you. Their rules practically force you to jump in one square! Seriously!!! My friend was jumping with his four year old daughter to show her how to properly jump and the whistle enforcement PUT A STOP TO THAT! The ref pointed to his two way radio ear piece and said that management was viewing the camera and that he had to stop. BIG BROTHER is watching and fun is not allowed! Save your money, time, and fun! Trust me go somewhere else.
I've taken my daughter to 3 trampoline parks and this one ranks last on both my daughter's list and mine. The reasons my 8 yr old daughter does not like Rebounderz is because in the big area you can only bunny hop and in the the dodgeball arena there are too many squares to jump over. The reason I do not prefer Rebounderz is because their online prices do not match the prices at the counter. I advised the girl at the check-in and she said that I must have seen that a long time ago, i pulled up the website on my phone and showed her...she then said she does not have a button on her computer for that price...what?!! I would have walked out at this point, but my kid was eager to jump so I paid the higher the price. Also we brought our own socks, but they were not allowed...we had to buy their socks for $2 (we had the option to go barefoot but have had trampoline burn in the past and opted for the socks). Other jump places let you wear your own socks, don't see how it's a hygiene thing if they allow bare feet. I also don't like the fact that they require your Driver License number (other places don't). We did not have to watch the video that other people mentioned.
Okay , Look Rebounderz are too controlling , Too Much Rules , Its Like Us Kids have to Stand in one square & Jump in it . Its Really annoying & Check Your Workers Attitude . We would Like to have someone Happy & nice Not Yelling & Mean . Its Really annoying , There is One Guy I want to give a shoutout Too .Omg Dude Keep Your work up ! I Literally Love your Personality & Kindness . I wish i could get your name & say it here But I dont have your name , You are a kind sir & Me & My sister Is Really Liking Your Personlality . Yes i am a kid . Im Telling yall , Too much Rules ,too much yelling ,just being honest . I Dont want to go there. If they are like that. Sorry My Opinion (: All I Got To Say , Bye ✌
I have 2-11 yr old boys and we have been to Rebounderz, Urban Air and Altitude. Two weeks ago, I would have chosen Rebounderz as well but not now! I also don't like that you have to watch a safety video every time but I especially don't like the recent changes Rebounderz has made to their party packages. We have attended multiple parties there where the party attendees had open use of all areas for the 1st hour, 30 minute party time and then free jump until the 2 hour party had expired. Last week, I understand Rebounderz completed an audit and decided the party attendant would escort the party attendeeds to each of the "approved" jump zones. Btw, the approved zones no longer include basketball or dodgeball. That's right! The birthday parties no longer include access to basketball or dodgeball. So, what fun is that for pre-teens? I guess if you have young children that are not very active, Rebounderz may be a good option.
We have been to both Rebounderz in Hurst and Urban Air in Southlake. (different companies) Both are fun and a great workout for both kids and adults. However, a few things we noticed as far as the differences are concerned:At Rebounderz, we were a little put out that every single time you visit you have to watch a safety video whether you have been there or not. (I think this may have now changed to where once you've seen it you don't have to watch it again). We also didn't understand why you are required to wear "jumping shoes" at Rebounderz but not Urban Air.However, once you go to Urban Air, you can see why seeing the safety video at least one time is a good idea. At Rebounderz, it is more adequately staffed, cleaner and not as "out of control" as Urban Air. The video is to remind the patrons of the rules and appropriate behavior at a trampoline park, which we now see is a good thing. In comparison, at Urban Air, it is evident the patrons have not had a "reminder" or a full understanding of the rules and appropriate conduct as the kids are overall more consistently unruly and out of control there. Also, the reason for the shoes at Rebounderz is so your feet aren't as slippery as you jump and also for hygienic reasons. In addition to them requiring that the patrons wear "jumping shoes" (provided) their staff is also more diligent with cleaning the trampoline surfaces. At Urban Air, it is much more slippery on the trampoline surfaces and we never see the staff cleaning at all.The only thing I can say you need to take note of is sanitary concerns with the foam pit. This is at either place. My son picked up some sort of weird skin rash that the doctors couldn't fully explain. We went to both trampoline parks in one weekend so we are not sure which one it came from. I spoke to the managers of both places and they said it is next to impossible to fully sanitize the foam pit and it happens very rarely. So.. with that in mind, as a suggestion, either have your kids wear long shirts and pants (then wash immediately after you leave) or, let em' wear whatever then have them take a bath immediately after with special attention to their hands, feet, arms & legs. (basically anywhere in contact with the foam in the foam pit). Other than that, it truly is a blast and out of the two, our choice hands down is Rebounderz.
