temple mall

Only had time to go to Macy's at Temple Mall but it was nice. It was a Friday morning so naturally not busy. Friendly staff, willing to help out. Good variety, good sales. Would go back to Macy's and maybe have time to check out the rest of the Mall to give it an overall additional rating.

We walked through parts of this mall after having a meal at a restaurant at it. Though it has a few decent store chains, I would not feel safe returning again and especially not with kids. Just an older place that had no life to it - just didn't feel right sticking around to shop!

I love Temple. However, the mall is just gross. The standards are so low here that horrible service, broken seats, and dirty plates are acceptable for the restaurants. The parking lots are well known for break ins and stolen cars. There is no way I would let my teenagers or preteens go to this mall alone. It is that bad. The movie theater is nasty and dirty. The stores are outdated and service is not too important. Here's hoping Temple steps up and gets some better management of this mall!
