就在我住的酒店对面。第一天晚上到的时候，出门活动走到这儿，没几个人，晚上有灯光，拍了些照片。第二天周五，白天人很多，还有很多穿着貌似空军制服的帅哥美女们也来这里参观。这里可以感受到美国人的爱国情结和对于英雄的纪念。

我是第一次来这儿,但是真的很好玩,直到我们最后参观了阿拉莫。阿拉莫本身很小,不需要全部参观下来。加上那天去的人实在太多了,所以很难能尽情的享受。

德克萨斯的必游之地。这此旅行家庭是免费的,这种是很少见的。这里的历史很有趣。他们有再现式的情景剧而且演员都非常不错。

我简直不敢相信Alamo竟然这么大;用几支队伍,上千次攻击很难防守。花园区和礼品店很受欢迎;它们应该列在你的遗愿清单之中。

从踏入大楼的那一刻起,甚至是在庭院里面,你就可以想象在那里发生的灾难。我们花钱付了自助导游,非常值得。自助导游非常便宜,每位只需要37元,自助导游为这次旅行增添了氛围,在大楼里面穿梭的时候我可以想象到在这里曾经发生的战争,这是一次非常神圣的旅行。我觉得是必来的地方,我们是从澳大利亚来的,关于这场战争学到了很多,以及它在德克萨斯历史上的地位,非常值得。

作为一个德克萨斯州本地人,不得不承认这里确实很棒。仿佛能亲身体验英烈Travis, Bowie 和Crockett的伟大生活。总之,如果你是自由爱好者,那这里必游。

I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed this attraction in downtown SA.The information around the historical significance of this location is astounding, and I am not a history buff, but this was enjoyable.Free entry is a bonus for travellers

The history of the Alamo and the battle in 1836 is quite moving. The dedication and toughness of the Texans is much to be admired.

Just the history of the place and that they have kept it up nicely. Its fun to see all the artifacts that remain and to walk through the story, small place but a big part of American history.

To think we were actually at the site of so much history was humbling. It is a simple place but has not lost its original atmosphere with excessive commercialization.

There was an expo on guns while we were there. It was very informative. The church is the highlight, but the long barracks and the gardens are good too. If there is a line, don't worry, it moves pretty fast. I wouldn't pay for the audio tour since there is plenty of information inside.

Wow what a history place u can almost feel the pain of the battle while walking in the grounds. its a must do in San Antonio

The Alamo is a fun place to visit. It's free along with interesting discussions about the history and battle fought there. At night or late evening it is most enjoyable to stroll the park and surrounding areas with restaurants, shops and bars. A lot of activity along this picturesque, storied tribute to the hero's that fought and died for the independence of Texas.

The grounds are beautiful, large old trees, perfect for some great pictures, very nice timeline on one side of the building, benches, gift shop doesn't seem to belong in the building but oh well. Will definitely return, a must see when in San Antonio.

Unlike 5 yrs. ago when we visited, this time it was open. But the only downside you can't take pictures of the inside, only the outdoor gardens are we allowed to take pictures. It was a wonderful experience.
