We decided to take the kids while they were home for winter break and we are glad he did. The park was basically empty and they got to do things multiple times. The staff was amazing and interacted with the kids. You can tell they like their job. I have been told the spring and summer months the park is crazy with camps and school trips. We will be going back during the next winger break when we can enjoy the park without the lines.

I took my six year old son to Diggerland on November 4th. My experience with Diggerland started earlier that morning when I tried to purchase tickets online. I was unable to do so due to a glitch with my billing address. I called their customer service and spoke with Christine. She told me that she would give my name to the ticket booth and they would honor my discounted ticket price. I drove to the park and when I went to the ticket booth, the gentleman had already been filled in by Christine and I got my discounted tickets with no issue. The park was so clean. The day was beautiful weather for November. No one was at that park! We went on every ride at least ten times. Each person manning the rides was nicer than the next. Each worker really took care to make sure we had a great time. We spent four hours at the park and enjoyed every second. My son had the day of his dreams! Thank you so much for a great day!

We apologize if you experienced delays for the rides while you were here; all of our equipment is real, life-sized construction equipment so our ride operators do spend some time educating the guests on how to use them properly – safety is important to us but we can understand visitors’ excitement to get on the rides!As you mentioned, adults enjoy the rides as much as the kids (we can attest to that ourselves). Took my 4 kids ages 7 to 2 and we had a real good time, the cool thing about this place is that you get to experience heavy machinery on a hands on bases one complain is that it takes a bit long the wait but its worth it the kids and myself fully enjoyed digging it!

Took our 4 year old and had a great time. Cost was fair considering the uniqueness of the rides and experiences. Rope walk was great, most of the rides were a lot of fun. Lines werent bad. I agree that having some shade by the playground and lines would help out. Be sure to check height requirements as under 36 inches eliminates most rides. better to be 42 inches and up to go on just about everything. Food was pricey, but it's a theme park, not to be unexpected. The food service was terrible. Apathy from the counterpeople caused needless long lines. It shouldnt take 10 minutes to get 1 drink, and didnt have singles for vending machine. Arcade was fun and games mostly $1 which is fair. no need to put too much on card since the money cant be used elsewhere, but can be used if coming back. One bathroom could be an issue on a crowded day. Put another trailer bathroom on the other side of the park would be very helpful. Overall it was great fun and we'd go back. few minor fixes to make this place even better. it's not a big park, so 3-4 hours is a fair amount of time to be there.
