Really depends on the price you pay. The cheaper seats are outdoors and are subject to the rain.Where as the more expensive seats are still outdoors but have a roof overhead that protects you from the rain. There are jumbo screens everywhere, so in that respect there is no bad seat in the house. But if you ask me I believe the tickets are over priced for the venue. I would rather go to an all indoor venue.

Yes, I remember when it was just a small wooden board stage at the end of a hill. Too bad if it rained, LOL. NOW, however, OMG!!! This is a world-class venue that has attracted big names. I have enjoyed the concerts I've seen; however, a word of caution. I wrote, "The little venue that could...and did!" Well, things have suddenly become expensive and the venue has started charging very high prices. I'm not sure whether it is to pay off the artists that are being brought in or it's all going to Meadowbrook. It remains to be seen. I can attend several moderately priced shows; however, it will become prohibitive and limited to one or two per season if the prices continue to escalate. Cannot think of a bad experience outside one where a couple of rowdy teenagers REFUSED to sit down and blatantly blocked out seniors who just could not stand. Oh, I know! Suddenly, there is a fee for parking. What is up with that??? A once FREE parking site is $10 per car. Holy cow! Oh, the money they are making on this!!! They may have their renovation paid off in a year at that rate. Watch it, Meadowbrook...

They serve alcohol to minors and overserve adults to the point where NH Liquor Enforcement should pay them a visit. Many, but not all staff seemed to be there to party rather than perform their duties. The acoustics are poor at best. Management seems to be most interested in promoting their sponsors and least interested in providing quality and value to attendees. Have been to about a dozen concerts at Meadowbrook over the years and the past three have been progressively worse to the point where we won't go back. They do seem to learn from their mistakes (like the season when they tried parking cars bumper to bumper so you couldn't leave when you got to your car) BUT these lessons are being learned at patrons expense. Perhaps their next lesson learned will be not to promote tailgating.

Excellent place for a summer concert. The layout is well done, plentiful bathrooms & peaceful area. Some times a long wait for a drink, but overall one of the best

We had a really good time, nice venue, options on seats were good, plenty of food, drink, fun for all. Security was well handled, being a small venue, only 20 minutes to get out of parking lot. Parking charge $10 -- 20. Opted for premium $20. Good choice. Tailgating allowed.

Meadowbrook books really great talent. They fly into Laconia airport which is closeby so they can get better talent that other venues where travel in and out is difficult. They continually upgrade their amenities as well.

We live 10 minutes away so of course we come here all the time...but we would travel even if we didn't live close. The staff is so great here, even security. They are always doing giveaways and getting the crowd excited. Drinks are average price and there is enough of a selection. Thankfully they added new bathrooms this year. Parking has improved over the years and it doesn't take too long to get out. They have an awesome selection of concerts. We go to almost every country show and look forward to every season!

This is a good value for shows. Every seat is good and the ticket prices are reasonable. We saw Steely Dan...great show!

We saw the Lady A concert and it was amazing! The venue is easy to find, highly organized and security was excellent. Will definitely return!

over the past few years they have added a new parking area and entrance/exit which enhances what was the worst part of attending concerts there, the updated area includes new areas for vendors, restrooms etc. They attract a good variety of top artists, saw Steely Dan recently and they're as good as ever!

First time visiting and I was impressed. Great venue for summer. Most of the staff were very friendly and polite. Some may have been a little more rigid than others, but I understand they have a job to do. I saw Steely Dan. It did take a while for them to start, which was disappointing but I don't blame Meadowbrook for this. You are always going to have different people around you at a concert or any public event - those that are good and play by the rules and those that don't. Luckily the people that were around me were ok - into the concert but not over the top or rude. Drink prices were what I would expect for a concert. The staff that served me were really nice. There also seems t be enough bathrooms and they were well kept. My group took advantage of reservations at Sam Adams Brew Pub and were let right in on time. The food there was just so-so, but not horrible. For the concert hall area, I would recommend sitting on the right hand side if you are looking at the stage as the smokers area is on the left side and can get really smelly if the wind is blowing the right way. Parking was pretty good - I have been in much worse situations like Great Woods in Massachusetts. It may have been a fluke, but we were able to get right out, very smoothly. They allow tailgating which is cool and a reasonable alternative before you go in. Another cool thing marketing-wise is that they emailed me the day before with information about the venue, rules and options along with weather and how to prepare. The next day I received a follow up thank you email and was asked about my experience. Marketing is definitely on the ball at this place. Overall, my experience was very good and I will consider going back.

Steely Dan performance was excellent but barely more than an hour long. Start time for the show was 7:30 & we arrived early to avoid the traffic "crush" that happens at every show. Very very disappointed to find a unknown three piece combo perform at 7:30 (not a very goid band either, playing covers from other bands); they played for almost an hour & Steely Dan never got on the stage till nearly 8:30. While still a great band, they pretty much recycled thier old stuff while we hoped for at least something from their new cd. Didn't happen. The majority of other attendees were late, inconsiderate (up and down to get cocktails and whatever), talking loudly on their phones, rude rude rude (and these were top dollar seats too). Management too busy checking tix & IDs to enforce their rules banning flash pohotography by people standing up, taking flash photos and completely blocking the view of many others. We've been coming here for years and have never had such a lousy time trying to enjoy a great band. We understand that top name entertainment is expensive and enjoyed Carlos Santana last season more than I can say. But this show left a bad taste; we probably won't be back. The Music Hall in Portsmouth is a much better venue with staffing and management that is top notch. Steely Dan please take note.

I couldn't even think of giving this place more than one star, considering how they run the pit area. I was so disgusted. They sell left and right pit tickets and have two separate lines into the pit. Myself and the group of people I was with stood in line for the left put for about 2 hours, in 90+ degree weather, in the sun! We were at the front of the line. However, we ended up in the back of the pit. Yeah, it makes no sense. Why? Because the staff decided to give out wristbands to the right pit line before the pit open, and let them file in, while the left pit had to wait after the pit opened to get wristbands before we were allowed in. The staff was extremely slow giving out wristbands. And there was nothing dividing the sides of the pit, so all the right pit people filed into the front of the left pit area. That left us all in the front of the left pit line way in the back. Very disorganized and unfair to the people who get in line 2 hours in advance for no reason at all. If it wasn't for that, I probably would have given this venue a lot more stars, but I'm extremely unhappy about that.

great time! have seen a few concerts here & have been pleased again. great venue friendly workers will be excited to see next years summer line up!

I haven't been there for two years since all the expansions were made. I did like the old Meadowbrook and the small friendly atmosphere. I expect that the new venue is like looking through a long tunnel with the stage at the end ! I hope that the management improved the wait on the long drink and restroom lines. I do remember over-priced drinks and Terrible microwaved Pizza Hut Pizza. Saw allot of shows here but find that the Tweeter Center in Mansfield is closer and from what I have seen,is better run.
