I wasn't sure how many kids would end up showing up. The staff was extremly friendly and helpful. Lots of things to do with the family and kids of all ages.

Pros:Indoor batting cageAffordable SnackbarChoice of activitiesCons:Machines stole coinsDifferent machines did not print out large ticket winnings.A seperate machine would print 3 tickets no matter what # of tickets you win.Grabber toy machines were all a gimmickTicket Machine counter ate over 100 of our tkts and by that time we felt so screwed, we just left.To many people left everyone bumping into eachother and stepping on eachothers toes.Our end opinion:Cool it had batting cages and wont go back otherwise.Probably lotsa fun for a young childs bday.

Hello Heather,We're glad you and your children chose Grand Slam to host your son's birthday party! This is our busiest time of year, and we realize things can get a bit crazy on the weekends. We do strongly recommend ages 14 and up for our fastest speed cages, but we also offer slow pitch cages for younger age ranges as well.We do not often receive complaints about our pizza, but we are always trying to improve our establishment in any way we can.
