I really have never written a review before, but after three months waiting for my stuff I ordered from the Cabela's online store and still having no reply or items I am upset to say the least. I have called their customer service agents who have told me the items are "now" on back order, which they were NOT when I ordered them. The customer service agents have told me a 3-5 month wait is normal for items on "Backorder". They will not give me the items out of the store because these are "store stock" and not from the "website stock". At this point I just want my money back so I can go to BassPro or Sail who actually care about their customers!
I stop in here a couple times a month to pick up fly tying supplies. They have a good assortment of all the main stuff you need to tie a variety of flies at retails equivalent to most anywhere. They also have a full assortment of rods, reels, line, and flies.
Husband recently have item shipped in from Nebraska store not only did it arrive early but we received a call from a very nice young man who gave me all the information we need to finish the sale, which desk to go to to pick up his item and advised to come an hour before closing to fill out paperwork. The staff is always so friendly and the know their merchandise. We enjoy just going to look at the displays.
