We've been to Sauk for years, and did not realize this park existed. We were in an exploring mood a few weeks back, and followed the sign to this park. Very nice. The community should be proud. There is a fishing pier on the lake, which was in use while I was there by multiple people. Large paved lot. Bandshell present with limited seating. Bring your own lawnchair or blanket.Nice landscaping with a pool and fountain. Solid bathroom building. New looking playground/slides/climbing equipment. Covered dining area as well as grill area with picnic tables. Campground nearby. If you are in town, take a few minutes to enjoy this spot!
Sauk Centre is a small town with the Sinclair Lewis park for all to enjoy. There is a fishing dock and a band shell with free concerts on Wednesday evenings.
Beautiful small town park. The playground is fairly new and the sheltered picnic area and bathrooms are well maintained. There's a camp ground close by with boat ramp, a band shell, and a nice little railed dock for fishing. We enjoy the park.
Regular small town main street. Unique shops, coffee shops, restaurants. It is a pleasure to go to Sauk Centre.
Bandstand has free concerts every Wednesday @ 7pm The play ground has plenty of toys for the childern to climb up on.
Sinclair Lewis Park sucks. It smells like hell. All of the pictures that you see are just on the one nice day in the year. I've stood on the pier on Sauk Lake, in Sinclair Lewis Park, and you could see dead bass floating in the water. It is nasty.
