On my spring break last, year, I played Bunco with my mom and her friends one night. In talking with one of the women, she told us more about the winery she owns - Baltimore Bend. The next day, my mom and I decided to take a 45-minute drive to Waverly (which is in Missouri, not Iowa, btw) and do some wine tasting. As a someone who had recently turned 21 and had never really found a wine that I liked, I did not expect to fall in love with anything here. I was wrong! The Arrowhead Red wine is now my favorite wine in the world. It's sweet and not dry at all. It's my go-to. I have a bottle in my fridge right now (which is conveniently carried in my college town of Springfield, Mo.). The Perfectly Peach is also very good! Now I finally have a wine I love.
