If this is the same Trail 142 on the recreation map, it's a beginner-intermediate level singletrack that leaves from the Adams Gulch trailhead, mostly exposed sagebrush riding with a few vistas of the valley. More experienced bikers would enjoy riding the nearby Forbidden Fruit/Eve Gulch trails, then using 142 to link over to nearby trail systems.
