Unfortunately, the brewery was closed for a private event, but we enjoyed beer and very good food in the tap house. The offering of your choice of one of three flights offered the beer aficionado an opportunity to sample their fare. The food was creatively prepared and very tasty. It was our first trip and hopefully not the last.

My husband and I go to several different breweries and normally we enjoy them very much. But, when we went to Evolution for a lunch/dinner today we were very disappointed because service was slow and the food was just so-so, if visiting go for the beer and not the service.

Like all of the Sobo's concept places it's a bit too upity for the eastern shore. Food is good- not great... inconsistent.. couldn't get a well done burger-- for 9.00.... no side with it and NO TOPPINGS... I at least expect them to be able to cook it right.... tooo expensive for a country college town.

So happy they moved to MD and in addition to the tasting room, have a restaurant. Portions were perfectly sized and tasty. The prices were reasonable and the beer terrific. The staff were pleasant and helpful in deciding what to order and how to pair drinks to the food. It was a wonderful experience and we'll be back! They are so much better than that brew pub in Rehobeth! I hope EVO gets the recognition it deserves!

WE love that they are now closer to town and in MD. The food is good but small portions that can get very expensive while trying to fill up for a dinner. I think the burgers are over $10 but my hubby said they are good. We like the tasting room next door and all of their selections

So glad they moved so that we could stop here on the way to the beach! Great to be able to try 4 types of beers with a sampler tray. They were all excellent and we grabbed a growler for the road! We didn't catch the tour, but will definitely try to adjust our travel plan around it next time.

Stop in to the tasting room and tell Carter hi, he's our favorite Evo bartender. The dining experience is a bit hinky for me, but I love trying their new brews on the tasting side. Lucky 7 is one of the best porters I've ever had, and the #6 Double IPA will leave your toes tingling for a long time ;-)We're local regulars, come in to chat and have a couple of pints and get our growlers filled all the time.

Now closed and moved to Salisbury MD .Too bad for Delaware , these guys are craftsman , a number of really good beers .

Tried the sampler and all the beers are great, especially liked the lot#3 IPA.

This small brewing operation is a nice place to visit, and visit frequently if you are a beer drinker. There is usually a fun crowd of tasters there and the beer is very good.

I took my husband on a craft brewing tour through southern Delaware and Baltimore recently. We found some info in our hotel room about a little craft brewery that we hadn't heard about. What a great afternoon we had sitting at the bar with locals and visitors as there was a constant stream of folks coming to get their growlers filled. They have a wide range of brews on tap from pale ale to stout with some very interesting beers in between. They don't serve food, but I'm sure you can bring in your own palate cleansers and snacks.

Excellent beer, I have never had a bad one. Small brewery with a tap room for samples or pints. You can also purchase growlers.
