Hubby and I stopped in here for a quick pint before a movie across the street at the Crandell Theatre. Lots of interesting beer options, but since we are both trying to go "gluten free", we opted for the Nine Pin cider. $7 a pint! Beers were as expensive, if not more. Local spirits available, too, but also at a premium. Limited food menu, but this feels more like a tasting room than a restaurant, so not really the sort of place to settle in for a meal. It can be quite crowded and noisy, and seems to draw a younger "hipster" crowd.I might suggest it for a stop to enjoy a quick beer "flight" to sample their various brews. But for a better "pub" scene with food, I would consider the Peint O' Greuw (sp?) across the street.

This is an outlet for craft brews. It's a great place to sample and talk, but it's not like a nightclub at all. There's no band, no hot food, no cocktails. The focus is beer, but also a few ciders (lucky for me). The bartender was very friendly and helpful in making choices. This is a good place for a 1-1 chat or small group, but not a place to meet new people and party.

Excellent brews, relaxed atmosphere...comfortable, small seating area. Friendly staff. Beers brewed on premises, great choices. Get a growler to go!

Stopped by for first time for Chatham Brewing's fine IPA offered for $10 if you bring your own 64 oz growler.Small tasting room under construction (visited Aug 31) and look forward to its opening to the public. Convenient private parking lot.Thimble size samples also offered so you can try before they pour.Laid back, and antithesis of a corporate brewery.Tip: Check hours before travel. Wkend hours are limited, so be sure to ask your local pub or restaurant for Chatham's beer. It's generally on tap and worthy.Spotty Dog here in Hudson always has an offering.

On a day trip to Columbia County, we stopped here to taste their beer. Currently, the "brewery" consists of a stand behind a building, really not much to speak of. However, the beer was very good, and we bought a growler worth. The proprietor was very friendly, and indicated they were looking for a bigger location. I look forward to visiting again once they have a building to call home.
