Great asset for Tannersville. You can spend alot of time here. Very helpful Mgr. and takes the time to help answer any questions.

Two big places, lots to see and lots of different antiques. The woman in the annex was so nice and chatty about Tannersville...we called her the "mayor" the rest of our trip! You can find big ticket items and things that are not super expensive (under 20 dollars). Fun thing to do after lunch!

While on a trip in the Catskills with my hubby we visited this store. Management/Service:The owner was very friendly and informative. He spent a lot of time showing us neat items and giving background information. When we asked him about local activities he not only told us the must-dos of the areas, but showed us paintings of these places from the store collection. Did not feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. Merchandise:We ended up purchasing an awesome black and decker antique iron. There were items for every taste... We looked at jewelry, kitchenware, walking sticks, collectors items, fabrics, decorative pieces, toys, clothes, books, and that's just to name a few. The store is clean and in great condition. The items are separated by vendor and clearly marked for price. Items are all in good to great condition.Prices:Quite reasonable and a vast array of items in all price ranges.Overall:If ever in this area again I will definitely be paying this store a visit!!!

We stopped into the Antique & Artisan Center this weekend during our trip to Tannersville. There was so much to look at, prices were reasonable (I purchased a tea cup and saucer and beautiful pitcher), and the gentleman who helped us was so friendly and knowledgeable. They have a beautiful selection and lots of really interesting events going on in the shop. We will surely be back next time we are in town.

We visited Tannersville Antique & Artisan Center while our kids took skiing lessons at Hunter Mountain. Tannersville is the closest village south of Hunter. What a pleasant day to spend a couple of hours. The shop is clean, bright and well organized - not your usual dusty, musty smelling, overstocked antique shop. They carry furniture, books, prints, rugs, knick-knacks, etc. The biggest treat for us was engaging the proprietor, Rick Thomas, who was kind enough to offer us a warm beverage on a very cold winter day. They offer a variety of monthly events/showcases (you'll need to check their facebook page for more details). So, if you're dropping the kids at Hunter Mountain, be sure to stop in and say hello to Rick.
