I just completed my third Snowmobile Adventure with Rich Ranch. This family-owned & operated Ranch offers great snowmobiling, exceptional home cooking, comfortable cabins and top notch hospitality. Snowmobiling is done on groomed trails as well as on unspoiled meadows. Guests are encouraged to ride at their own pace & skill level. Staff is competent & safety is a priority for this outfitter. The scenery is absolutely stunning and each trail offers different views. The tasty, bountiful meals are enjoyed together by guests & Ranch staff. This community dining allows time for trading stories about the day's ride.Jack & Belinda, as well as other staff, are extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding areas & willingly share this information with inquiring minds. If you love winter & want to enjoy the peacefulness of Montana, treat yourself & visit Rich Ranch where guests are treated like family!
I can't say enough about Rich Ranch and the amazing adventures they offer. We spent 3 days snowmobiling -- the trip of a lifetime! The entire Rich family is absolutely wonderful! From the first day they make you feel like part of their own family. They ensure an all around exceptional experience. The true definition of hospitality. We can't wait for another adventure with Rich Ranch!
Thanks for your kind words and positive review. We enjoy sharing our family ranch passion for Montana's great outdoors with others.
In September we were not here for snowmobiling but for horseback riding. Our first impression was Wow, this is a nice place. That impression only continued to grow during our four short days in this beautiful area. All the meals are served family style with the guides, ranch hands and ranch owners all in attendance. You really get a feel for the area and ranch life as they all interact and talk to one another about the daily going ons. Of course, we as guests were not left out of the conversations as they were as interested in our lives as we were in theirs. Oh, and the food was exceptional ! Since I do not eat meat special foods were prepared for me even though I would have been just as happy with all the veggies served. The horsed were all very well mannered and very well trained. Our guide, Tommy, was very knowledgeable about the area, the plants, the weather and everything else about which he was asked. While there we took rides four times, each on different trails and each to spectacular views of the valley. There is a laundry available at no charge to guests and Wi-Fi. There is no television service and it was not missed due to the very large video library available. This is a wonderful place run by wonderful people and one which we hope to return to soon. Perhaps we will try snowmobiling.
