We were first led to a back room with a table of approx 30 twenty somethings and asked to climb up into a booth easily a foot and a half off of the floor. The noise was almost to the point where we couldnt hear ourselves think and so we asked to be moved to another table. We were then shown to a nice booth in a front room with a lot of "exec" types scattered around. There were several empty tables. Insult, and we havent even ordered. The food was good-minus, the beer was okay, the battered fish nice. But I will never go back there again, or try not to, I think what got me about the place was its utter pretentiousness. It is not a "British Beer Pub" even though it tries to pass itself off as one. My daughter seems to end up there with her friends occasionally (she's mid twenties) and maybe the the group that it appeals to, other than young exec out for a working dinner types....

Good range of regular pub favourites and a gluten free menu. Fantastic burger and all the trimmings. GF beer is a bit dodgy but the Red Ale from Canada is passable.The place was packed and that created a great atmosphere. Going back for the pub quiz on Monday. The place is open 11.30 to 1 a.m.

I like their selection of beers; plenty to choose from. A large bar along with booths and tables. The food is only average, but that's ok for this type of pub atmosphere. A fun place for a night out.

Visited the Framingham location for lunch. The Apple Cider Margherita was delicious. We ordered the Shepherd pie pasty and Steak and Ale pie. Everything was yummy .... a meat and potato lover delight! An extensive beer menu available. A must visit venue ...comfortable and inviting....minus an occasional verbose patron!

I'm not really a beer drinker, but even so, I love this place! It's got a wonderful atmosphere and different areas have different feels (bar, dining room, more casual den-type dining room). The food is always excellent - heavy British stuff, oh so good on a cold winter night. I recommend the baked brie! A great place to go with a group!

We have been there a couple of times and the food and service has been great every time. The burgers were very good and so were the appetizers. They even have gluten free buns for the burgers which is not a usual thing to find in restaurants.
