"dinner and a movie" at the red maple inn

The Red Maple Inn is a beautifully and tastefully appointed B&B with strong connections to culinary and musical talents. Unfortunately, we were not able to partake in the Dinner and Movie option offered by the Inn. Maybe the next visit! Of interest, this couple (Shari and John) provides a complete culinary tour in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico (hotel, meals in private homes, tour guide, etc) where the owners spend a good part of their winter. Well trained staff continue on with the B&B in their absence. John Bills is also the artistic director at the Opera of San Miguel. He sang tenor in literally thousands of performances at The Metropolitan Opera in New York City under virtually every major conductor of his day. The most enjoyable part of our stay was breakfast where we shared conversation with other guests from Bavaria and England/France, etc. The bond and memories always come from the personal connections that we make.
