Sky Zone is the newest hot spot for kids and young adults. We've been to numerous birthday parties there and had our son's party there just last week. It's run very well and we have felt our kids' fun and safety were well cared for...Our party host was great and really knew how to engage the kids. The party room was clean and the food was great, well, great pizza and cake that is!It's best to have a party on a weekday so to save about $40. We had a party right after school and most parents were able to scoop up their kids on their way home from work. I'm sure we'll go again and again, party or not.
It was too crowded to be fun; with no effort made to accommodate the crowd...We arrived 15 minutes earlier than our reserved jump time but had to wait in line for an half hour before we could check in. So my 3 kids were only getting 45 minutes of jump time even though I paid for an hour. When I asked for an extension to make up for that fact, I was told it's not possible because of their customer volume that day. And then my kids had to fight for a square to jump on the entire 45 minutes they did get to jump! Also the employees did nothing about a toddler who kept running onto my daughter's square, even after i brought it to their attention as a safety hazard for both the little girl and my 11 year old who was doing flips and wouldn't be able to stop herself should the girl wander into her path! I finally found the parent and advised them they needed to watch their child more carefully. It was not a good or even satisfactory experience from my point of view. I would not recommend a visit.
I wanted to avoid this place but when I finally took a visit- great fun. Better control than a jump house.
We had my daughter's birthday Party here at Skyzone. It was so easy to plan. Very Clean and the employees have a great attitude and are consistently watching for the children's safety.
Went there for my son's birthday party. Check-in and event went very smoothly, and all the boys had LOADS of fun. The ONLY suggestion I would make, and why I didn't give it 5 stars, is there were no options for longer than one hour of play time. There's so much to do here, and the boys weren't ready to go into the party room after only one hour. A 90-minute play period would be much better.
Went to late night jump with group of teens and young adults ages 16-22. They absolutely loved it. They talked about sky zone for two days. My wife and I sat and watched and we were blown away by how awesome the staff was. It was great to see young people working and enjoying the work they were doing. The joyous attitudes of the staff seemed to have a great affect on the customers because everyone seemed to be having a great time. Even when one girl hurt herself, she was even smiling as she got carried out. Only negative is it was somewhat hard to find in a poorly lit area but that's not enough to stop me from visiting the next time we come back to Baltimore.
We love coming here to work out and have fun at the same time! The price is very reasonable and you can buy tickets in advance online if needed.
Took a group of kids there on Saturday evening after a soccer tournament. Knew nothing about the place prior to getting there. Here a few tips. Go online before you go and see what kind of time frame they are operating under. THey only let so many kids on the jumps at one time, so every half hour kids leave and kids get on. If its busy, you may be surprised when you arrive that the next available time is 2 hours away. Also, you must fill out the waiver prior to purchasing your time. YOu can complete both the waiver and purchase your time online prior to going. If you don't, the first thing you should do when getting there is go directly to the computers on the wall to your left and do the electronic waiver. After that's done walk up to the counter and buy your time. You could spend 20 minutes waiting in line only to find out you didn't fill out your waiver. The kids really enjoyed it. Quite the workout for them. Ours did 1 hour straight. Probably would go again if in the area.
Great place to go and its not that expensive $16 for an hour. Great place on a rainy day and for parties.
Our youth group went to Skyzone for a camp. It is really fun! But it is very crowded and not all the instructors are good. There are some dogeball arenas, a trampoline basketball court, foam cube jump, and large giant trampoline. There are multiple rules for all good reasons. But my friends never finished playing. Now there are eating places, The Skyzone reastraunt, and you can bring food...So we had our own lunches and bought some stuff, but after we ate our stickers were ripped off by a worker and she said we couldn't jump. One of my friends started to cry. A different worker came up and asked why, we of course told the truth, and the worker replied 'Well to bad' on the rules there is nothing that says no jumping after you eat, so unless you are never hungry or are not staying during an eating hour don't go. Or if you are a really good arguer.
My daughter and her friend decided to have their birthday celebrations together so we booked Skyzone and split the cost between two families which made it more affordable. For $500 (total) we were able to invite 20 to participate. The package included pizza (from Bertrucci's so it was good) sodas, a birthday cake, a free t-shirt, (for the birthday girl) a water bottle and wrist band, and our private dodge ball set of trampolines. I noticed that the public section was packed and people had to wait a long time to jump for the adjacent court. Our group had one hour to try the dodge ball court, the foam area (public for all) and the basketball hoops (public for all.) We had a staff member assigned completely to us and the party began with safety rules and Sky Zone socks. (Everyone who is jumping wears them.) I liked this idea because it seems more sanitary. Just be sure to go to the bathroom before you put your socks on! The participants had one hour to jump and then we had our own space for pizza and cake for 45 minutes. Sky Zone personalized our area with the girls' names, which was a nice touch. I was impressed with how many staff members were available to help or to monitor all areas. Be sure to leave your personal belongings in the car before you go in.
I took 6 15 yr old boys here on a Sat night for their SkyJam special. They had fun, especially playing dodgeball. Lobby area is pretty basic not catering to the parents waiting just a place to put your sky socks on. Bring water, they get really hot and sweaty and they do not servie the pizza and water included with SkyJam until the very end of the session.
