solomons island winery

My husband and I visited Solomons Island Winery, when we were spending the weekend at a bed and breakfast on Solomons Island. We really enjoyed the wine tasting! The women was very knowledgeable about the wines! We tasted 7 or 8 different wines, and bought three bottles! We went back the next day and bought a fourth bottle! Our favorites were the Pineapple Pinot Grigio, the Green Apple Riesling and the Watermelon white Merlot! We are looking forward to visiting again soon!

Solomons Winery had mostly sweet fruit based wines. The ones they have are good if you like sweet wines.

You can't find the place and the wine is undrinkable. What more is there to say? Lots of new wineries in slower maryland, few if any are any good.

I have finally found "my" wine! The flavor of the wines are so amazing, it is like you are eating a mango, green apple or pineapple. Their chocolate raspberry port explodes with flavor! You can taste the chocolate going down! I would recommend this wine time and time again. It is just a small mom and pop place so do not go expecting lavish surroundings, however the hospitality and flavor more than make up for that!
