fractured prune

After hearing so much about these doughnuts we decided to give them a try. We got a dozen, and ate them throughout the day. Honestly, they look great but the lack in flavor. Their was no discerning between doughtnuts, and if their was a flavor besides "plain doughnut" it was almost too little to pick up on. Not worth the calories.

This was amazing. Forget about cupcakes - gourmet donuts are what I want! I've never actually watched my donut being made right in front of my eyes before. And then to get to choose my own toppings. I couldn't decide on one, so I got six so that I could enjoy them all week. But who was I kidding? They were gone in 24 hours! Heavenly.

Such good doughnuts! they are made hot and fresh to order. They are a little expensive, but sooo worth the money!

Only one way to eat this, hot right out of the frier. If these are not fresh made, pass on these. They are worth the wait for fresh hot ones. Toppings are the best as well. These are for breakfast only. If you are not here by 7am in the summer, you will wait for half an hour. They may be that good though.

I heard that the donuts were really awesome here so we tried them out one morning there was a line out the door I thought to myself that they really must be good. We got our donated walled to the car and opened the box. It was about a 3 bite donut. I got blueberry topping on mine it really had no flavor other that the don't taste and I will give them that the st your did taste good warm.

Fresh made, made to order, hot, delicious toppings, melt in your mouth, love these donuts. These are worth the wait. They are best eaten right away. Indulgent. Happy to see more locations opening. Makes it more convenient and maybe the lines are not quite as long.

I am not a donut eater but these were pretty. So many kinds to pick from. Toppings with nuts, sprinkles, etc. I had it while it was warm, so good. Had to wait a long long time. They are not made ahead. So you order what you want and they make it fresh. My niece told me about the place. I believe they are only open until noon. So maybe that is why they are so busy. Also its cash only.

Coming here for years. Donuts are awesome! Fresh made right in front of you. Go early as it gets packed and lines can be long. They close early too. Cash only so bring some! They can be reheated and taste great. My kids love them.

We were just on vacation to Ocean City/ Berlin, MD. I have heard of Fractured Prune Donut shop before and wanted to try them. Boy am I glad I did. The donuts were absolutely delicious! They take fresh, hot donuts and dip them in the toppings of your choice. We ended up with half a dozen instead of only two like we originally planned. All were fantastic. The only downside was they were a little pricey. But when your paying for hot and fresh, the way you want them, it really wasn't that bad. So glad we stopped to satisfy the sweet tooth.

words cannot express just how yummy these donuts are…warm, fried, pick your own toppings…too bad they don't have one in new york! There is aline that goes out the door of people waiting, and it's cash only, but worth the wait. They close at 12 or 1 so don't be late!

The donuts here are made right there! They are made to order! So delicious! We never miss coming here for donuts at least once during vacation! You get to pick the kind you want or make up your own with the ingredients they have available. They are warm when you get them and the service is fast! I wish they were open later than 1 pm, though. You won't regret coming here and trying these donuts. I will say they are best fresh although I didn't try warming them in the microwave the next day as we needed to check out and were running late. Can't wait to get them again...next year! :)

I've been wanting to go to Fractured Prune for years! I'm not a huge donut fan but thought the idea sounded cool. We go to OC often and always see a line outside Fractured Prune so never stop. This weekend we stopped in. The line is so long because #1 it's really small inside and #2 the donuts are that good. It was fun to have some of their flavors and make you're own concoction. We got 1/2 doz and cut them into bites to samples of the different ones. The donuts came out piping hot and sooooooo delicious! All were good but OC Sand was our favorite as it allowed you to really taste how good the donut itself is. Can't go wrong with any of them!!!

Plop....cook.....pick up....coat in goodness....boxed to you! Love those donuts!!! Been to all the locations and they all have great donuts!!

Cash only, big lines, and the kids will love them - actually, so will the adults. Pretty much any variety that they offer will allow you to pick something you'll like.

I haven't tried this place yet but heard it was pretty good but when I arrived it was closed at like 3pm which was very lame especially if it's supposed to be so good ide wanna stay open longer to get more money lol just doesn't make sense to me but next door is an ice cream place which wasn't too bad me n my lady split an ice cream sundae
