It was the best part of our vacation. Best music and drinks ever ! I would recommend this place to anyone . I definitely will return upon my next visit.
Service was perfect. Never had an empty cup. I highly recommend. Liquor store is open early so you can bring home your favorites.
Seacrets is always a good time. There are lots of different bars inside so you can switch it up if you want a change of pace. I love the 80s room. They also have a room for reggae, live jam band type of music, and hip hop/dancing. Ladies, don't wear heels, there is sand all over so you're better off in flip flops or sandals. This is far and away the best place to drink in OC and we go here every single night we're in town. Good times.
We were trying to find a cool place to take my daughter for her 21st, and some women at work suggested it. First thing you see is the drunks pouring into the lines of cabs, yes line of at least 10 when we were there at 7:30 pm on a saturday. And watch out for the ones driving they take out the permament markers on the road. As we were going through the metal detectors we were warned by a couple that there had been issues of womens drinks being drugged and had told their 21 yr old daughter to stay away. Told us to keep a hand on top of our drinks at all times. Seeing this was not the atmosphere we wanted for her first experience we just turned around and left. We went to Dead Freddies which also has live music.
Visited here for the first time during Bike Week. It was extremely full in every room-and there are tons of rooms-but it was never hard to get service from the bartenders. There is music for everyone from country to rock to dance. Bathrooms were easy to find even with all the people. The floor is sand so keep your heels at home.
I just worked in their parking lot for bike week and I wish I had more time to go hang out in the water rafts!!! This is by far my favorite bar in the USA. The Cuban panini was awesome. The Chesapeake steak was just ok. Jerk wings awesome. Montero bay chicken salad was ok. Even the popcorn was tasty!! This is what I call an adults beach playground! So many areas to hang out at, the sunset was very romantic too!!'
About 15 of us experienced the chaos that is Seacrets in August. I was shocked by how many people were there - especially for a non-holiday weekend! We had a blast, but it is definitely a party scene. It was kind of like walking into Spring Break on a random Saturday. And the surf was kind of gross - cups and straws floating around your legs as you stand in the water - but I guess that's to be expected at a beach bar. You definitely wouldn't want to try to swim in that water, but most people are in their bathing suits and cover ups. There are, of course, lots of people having themselves a VERY good time, but the security was on it anytime someone got out of control.Fun music, reasonably-priced drinks, fun atmosphere - especially to celebrate a bride or groom to be!
The entertainment is frigging awesome man! Went to Ocean City for a day coming from NYC. Everyone told me to check out Secrets; I`m glad I did. I read some reviews online and saw that it was mostly good (not for the hotel). I figured I`d give it a try and see for myself, we went on a Saturday night.I was pleasantly surprised how well they pulled off a tropical theme in Maryland; there was Sand, Palm trees, and right on the water. The live band was AHHH-MAZING! The music had me rocking for the whole night. I was thoroughly entertained. Even if you're not a big fan of reggae you`d still enjoy it. i`m Jamaican so I was in heaven lol. The place is also HUGE. There are about 17 bars scattered out so there`s never a wait. And there is seating all over for dining. All the staff was nice and attentive. There are a few different dace room/areas that play different types of music for everyone. There is also a seating area out in the water that was closed in the night.I saw a lot of reviewers complaining that the prices were high. I think the price of some of the food was a bit high for the small portion you get. But the price of the drinks were LOW to me. $9 cover charge, $8 mix drinks, $5.50 beer, and $3 shots, FREE parking...on a sat night?? that's cheap!. But maybe its because i`m from NY the land of overpriced everything.I`ll most definitely be going back. I`ll probably make trips to Ocean City just so i can go there. This place has been around since in the 80`s so they must be doing something right. Keep it up.
We finally made it to Seacrets and it was great. We loved the outdoor feel and how you felt as if you were in the islands. The drinks and entertainment was great. We will definitely return next year.
I have always gone to Seacrets at night and during bike week.this was the first I had been there during the day the place was packed fool of kids inside and out in the water.
You can be outside or in..dance, eat or just lounge at one of the many bars. I loved the tropical atmosphere. There was even a man making roses and hats out of (I think) palm fronds(?). I'm not too familiar with palm trees..but they were great..even had NFL team accents on the hats!
This place is amazing. Good music and awesome atmosphere. I got crazy drunk and took a cab home with a little help from the security guys. Bit pricey but the more you drink the less you care about money.
I enjoyed myself as this was very different for me and my first time to Ocean City, MD. I enjoyed the beach atmosphere in a club setting. You can dance on the sand instead of the floor. There are so many bars and the staff is ok. I think they should say hello more, that is the only reason we did not go back the second day. The only people that did were the bartenders. I like the website as well you can watch live what is going on and tons of information. I wanted to stay there in their hotels, however when we called their were no rooms available. The lady who answered the phone was awful rude. It is a lot of people, different bands, good music, good times. Parking I would say get there early in the afternoon or before 10pm.
had a great time a seacrets. Amazing operation there- two stages, outside venue, lots of activity. It was a fun place for a night out. The crowd ranged from teens with parents (one or two) to adults like us. Most of the crowd was 25 - 35 years old. It's a fun night. I would like to see it during the day... maybe next time.
We use to go here all the time in the past, but due to cost and crowds we stopped going, well that problem still is there. The drinks are good, but a little high in price, the parking lot has much to be desired. It is a unique place, if you never been you should try it out. I don't want to bad mouth it, I just wasn't impressed by anything.
