georgia international convention center

3 minute SkyTrain ride from the terminal, my speakers and staff love the convenience. Meeting space and food were above par, too.

It was just an ok convention center. Parking for our event was $5/day and it was packed so on a rainy cold day we had a good walk.Inside, there were not many places to sit and rest. There were food vendors outside, but they closed up way before the event was over.The convention center served it's purpose, but there was really not much to do there during down time.

The Convention Center is a massive complex. It is located close to the Atlanta Airport , which makes for an easy place to get to and from. There were no dislikes, the place is fantastic!!!

The proximity of the GICC to the Atlanta Airport via the Sky Train makes it an ideal corporate event space. You can be at the convention center within 30 minutes of arriving at the Airport Gate if you are carrying on luggage only. There are also two nice hotels in two price ranges to accommodate any attendees. All corporate event planners should consider this a very good option for their event.

The food and service was very good. Dessert was Red Velvet Cheese Cake and it was outstanding. It is a great conference site with ample parking.

I travel here for the IBJJF events that take place. Always a great set up - and easy to navigate. Although the size of the place would easily allow you to get a several mile workout in.

As always, it's expensive to park; $10/day and if you left during the day, which a lot of people do when you are there for two full days of competition and want to go out to a restaurant for lunch, they charge you another $5 to return even with your parking stub. That was pretty crummy.

I had the opportunity to attend an event at Georgia Convention Center and I must say that I was very impressed. The center was very attractive as well as comfortable. I had an enjoyable timeWhile I was there. Aside from being conveniently located to hartsfield-jackson airport there some Pretty cool little eateries close by such as spondivits seafood and Malones sports bar and grill onVirginia ave.also there is the pecan restaurant on main st I recommend the crab cakes and fried lobster tail.also the crown plaza hotel serves a really nice lunch buffet.

Attended a conference for work that was held at the convention center. Even though the facility is older, everything was clean and attractive. Easily reached from the airport or via automobile. All convention center staff I interacted with were very helpful and extremely polite.

This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. What is with all the escalators! Traffic around the place was dreadful. Foods was bad. It’s just not a good place to hold a conference. Avoid!

I liked that it was so close to the hotel. It is an older,well used building. The seminar we attended involved a lot of mobility impaired folks, and the walk between classrooms was too far, but I don't thing that was the Centers fault.

I went to GWCC, for an expo and it was great. Friendly people and all around fun. Lots of choices to from.

Very convenient to access from Hartsfield Airport. The train from airport to GICC is very nice, clean and comfortable. Also, it is a very short distance on train.

Great facility for this type of event. Staff was very helpful and the facility was clean. Great location near the Springhill Suites hotel which was also a great place to stay for a short trip.

A very large building. Good place to have a conventions. 10 Dollars a day to park was not appreciated. Traffic in and out moved fast. Food is extremely overpriced. Bottles water was 4 dollars. Take my advice and bring your own food and water.
