Located near North Portland. Has many of your favorite 'Go-to' factory outlet stores! Coach, Levi's , carters, Oshkosh, naturalizer, Adidas, Harry & David's etc! Parking in center - stores around outside. Covered walkways & clean Restrooms. Will definitely visit again!
The outlet mall has easy access to I-84, no sales tax! The outlet mall is decent sized, but I find I can get through the entire mall in about an hour; it's quite a bit smaller than some of the outlet malls (like Woodburn). There's plenty of parking, and the outlet mall is rarely crowded. Some times the prices are only ok, but that seems to vary from visit to visit.
There is quite a wide variety in this shopping center. Great prices and friendly people. I like that is is so close to the city of Gresham Or
My wife enjoys the Clarks Shoe store because they stock size 5. She did comment that the prices may not be the best. But with specials and having her size its a good value . Being from Washington state the no sales tax is nice too
Not crowded, easy to get to and plenty for parking. Most of the stores have reduced prices but some it is had to tell it is and outlet.
Pretty good outlet mall in Troutdale (East Portland). The usual shops with pretty good sales and discounts. Lots of parking and easy access. In OR so no sales tax which is nice.
No TAX.. need I say more.. I loved this place.. I was literally on the drive home when I caught this out of the corner of my eye and turned around.. I had no idea it was tax free.. so I shopped until my trunk was full.. Good times
I've been to outlets across the US, and this has got to be the biggest let down I have ever visited as far as outlet go. Terrible getting in and out of this place from the highway, really limited stores, and the prices on everything were way higher than just buying stuff in a Target. I paid $4 for one peanut butter cup. $4?!?!?!? We were in and out of there in about 15 minutes. How this whole operation stays in business goes beyond me. Take a 90 minute trip north to Centralia WA and buy there. If you are from Oregon I believe you get to buy stuff tax free. At any rate, you'll still have a better shopping day. But definitely skip this place.
Horrible logistics getting off the freeway, and stop lights that take forever to turn green, you'll waste a lot of time getting here, and once you do this place is nothing special. They really only have one high end retailer, Coach, and their prices are DOUBLE what the Coach outlet charges in California. But hey, they said they were having a "half off everything in the store sale". Seriously?! Double your prices then mark them half off.. Not cool. At the Coach outlet in Cabazon, CA their prices are half as much and then they will have sales on top of the already low prices. Expect low-end here at this mall, mostly.. The Adidas store did have some pretty good deals.
I have been to several Simon outlet malls. Most of them are true destinations where you could spend a whole day. This mall was small and uninviting. There was only one place to eat - Subway. There were comparatively few stores, and none of my favorites. It just looked tired.
Name a store and this mall has its corresponding outlet. There is such a great variety of stores from low end to high and pretty much everything in between and NO SALES TAX!. There are public restrooms located in a very large Subway restaurant and plenty of parking. It is conveniently located at the highway exit in the pretty little town of Troutdale. If you are looking for bargains this is the place to go.
A lot of different choices for clothes, shoes, kitchen, perfume at outlet prices. Has a nice Subway for lunch. Good place to Christmas shop. Near the cute town of old Troutdale.
We stopped here while staying in Portland. We went during a sidewalk sale and got some really good deals. We even went back the next day when I realized I needed a couple of more things. The mall is laid out nicely, there was plenty of parking and the bathrooms were very clean. There were several good stores that we like -- Gap, Clarks, Reebok, Adidas, Hanes and others. There was also a chocolate shop that had very good treats as well. Only 20 minutes from PDX Airport and close to Columbia River Gorge Scenic Area.
For Washington state residents who pay 10% Sales Tax, shopping is Oregon always sounds like bargain. This specific Outlet mall is not bad at all and has decent shops from Coach to Hilfiger, GAP, Adidaas etc. Doesn't have much option to eat as only joint out here is Subway.
I live by here and go to rue21 quit often I get at least 50% of my clothes there. It is convenient because I don't have to travel far to go to the stores I like.
