thai buddhist temple of las vegas

My wife is Thai, I have been traveling to Thai temples for several years now so our expectations were a little higher than what we found. Although the inside was nicely set up as a Buddhist temple the outside was not so much. I do understand that decorations and statues do not make one temple more or less religious than the next I believe we are just used to more ornate temples. My wife and a few of the monks did have a nice visit so all in all it was a nice visit.
