In the SF Bay Area and Northern California, this resort casino has one of the better lineup of musical shows throughout the year. Just recently, we watched Roberta Flack. A few months back, we watched Burt Bacharach and also Dionne Warwick. The shows are usually held in their Club 88 showroom, which converts to a dance, club-type place after the show. If you are the gambling type, the casino floor is also filled with game tables like poker or Blackjack, and interesting slot machines. We love their rooms which compare to some of the hotels in Las Vegas - clean and spacious. And they have a number of good restaurants on the casino floor. Just a heads-up: during shows, they do not allow the audience to take photos or videos.
Nice casino to visit. Lots of floor space and variety of gaming options. Appreciate the non-smoking area for sure. A variety of dining choices to please every appetite and pocketbook. We ate at the Canyon Cafe which is a coffee shop and found the staff to be warm and friendly and the food very good. Surrounded by beautiful scenery this place delights your senses!
We were are your Casino today 8/24/2014 at about 4:04pm.We went to the express membership at the front entrance. Spoke to a asian gentleman showed him a military ID, He looked dumbfounded and asked if we had a California ID. The gentlemen I brought is a retired military vet with 22 years of service. He's now retired and handicapped. He told him to walk all the way across the floor to get a card there if they would even excepted. For the first time of been a there that's a grant way to be treated. Casino doesn't seem to be very military friendly or Handicare friendly.

I was so dissappointed last 2 wks when I played there in Cache Creek Casino!!! I lost all my money..all SLOTS that I played for 5 hours didn't give any single cents for me..taken all my money..even the money that I withdrawn from atm machine.I got bonus once and so excited that I can won a good one because my bet is 1.50.can you imagine that I only got .20 cents in return after I got bonus..so Crazy! I was so so mad because I lost $500 and in return I only got .20 cents!!!!! Slots machine in cache creek before is not like this! I love this casino before..that's why I'm limited my time to go there now..its better to play in San pablo Casino..River Rock is also worse Casino like Cache Creek!!!Machines are very very tight!!! Its not worted to play hundreds of dollars and payback from my bonus for only .20 cents!!! And my bet is 1.50..What will you feel if your on my situation????? Its ok to lose money in gambling! That's normal..the things that I can't accept is for 5 hours I never experience to get a payback even $10!!!! Loida!
A must see if you love to go for scenic drives. A must see if you like clean casinos. We only went to the casino and one Resturant and it was fabulous. The casino was was very clean and roomy with a good variety of games. We dined at Chang Shou for a late lunch. The food was great and very reasonably priced. There is a beautiful hotel here and a large parking area which is layered so it's mostly covered. I will defiantly be returning my next time up that way. The beautiful drive was so nice. If your in Central California it's a great day trip, however, for just everybody out there; if you have the time an overnighter would be great! A big plus is that at the exit area of the parking structure is a gas station. A VERY big plus for those of us whom sometimes forgets to check for those fill ups needs.
Pros-no "pay to play" per hand of blackjack-was able to get on a $5 table easily (on a Thursday)-variety of blackjack games including "Free Bet" and "Blackjack Switch". These games offer fun twists to blackjack while still maintaining house edge of course, but you can still win on them.-parking was easy, big lots-they had a poker room which had multiple games going, but I was with wifey so I didn't play.Cons-still a little too smokey for our liking. Not terrible but still noticeable-craps and roulette used "cards" after each role and spin to determine the actual number of the roulette wheel or roll of the dice. Come on California, allow real craps and roulette, the loopholes are too easy and you just look silly not allowing the games-you can't order beer from the servers that go table to tableWe gambled for a while and then stayed in Woodland overnight due to the cache creek hotel being booked solid. I would go back again if I was in the area.
This casino is OK ..I signed up for the club card and got a 25 $ food or gas that was nice..the buffet was awesome.other than that I didn't care for this casino..
We received incentives as first-time visitors of $25 in dining credit and $10 in slot play. The pros: freebies and incentives. The buffet is plentiful, go on Friday nights ($9.99 with Cache Creek card). The entertainment, both house bands and the Chi of Shaolin (highly recommended) are free (except for headliners) with their card. The ventilation system is better than most as my hair and clothes did not smell of cigarettes once we left. The cons: some of the bathrooms are better than others. The buffet is hit or miss - Saturday night is a waste of money ($14.99 with their card). The slot play is somewhat deceitful as you must feed the slots YOUR money to activate the "free" slot play. We're not really gamblers, so my contribution to the Yocha Dehe Wintun nation was only $7. If you're not much of a gambler but want a nice evening out with dining and entertainment, Cache Creek casino is better than most.
Hotel rooms are awesome. Gambling was better than expected, playing only slots. Buffet closed during mid week but food court was very good.
A really fun place to be if you like to gamble and have fun. I went there for a day and evening and had so much fun. I left there with more money than i went there with. It also has a great buffet. This place is not far from Sacramento, Ca. It took me give or take 2 hours to get there from San Francisco.
DO NOT GO TO THIS CASINO!!!! They had a mouse running around on the floor near the slots in the back near the buffet. Another time, there was a mouse in the Cafe. The staff and management-(especially) are VERY unprofessional. It is tribal land so if you get hurt or have any kind of issue there, they have their own tribal laws and rules to get out of any kind of liability, even though it's not your fault. They will not worry about you as they are there to protect their casino. Aside from my own experiences at Cache Creek, I have heard nothing but horror stories about this casino. It's nickname has come to be Trash Creek. From experience, I warn you... IT IS NOT A SAFE PLACE! Just please stay away or beware!!!!
This is my first time at this casion. My family was visiting my nephew and we all decided to visit this casion as they have an excellent food! we where there for Father's Day and had a good time. Love the food. no complaints here! the Casion part is nice as well. If i ever return to California i would love to come back to this casino!
This is a casino that's on the smaller side in comparison to some Indian Casinos I have been to. It is pretty much in the middle of nowhere so the first time you go don't panic. You're not lost!! The casino will spring up out of nowhere!! They have a good assortment of table and machine games but tend to be pretty busy most of the time. If you like to gamble close by friends, it may be difficult to find two seats together. The atmosphere and staff are very friendly and the variety and flavor of the food in the restaurants is pretty good.
Terrific food court, incredible, well presented and prepared selections with many choices and pleasant food servers. Smoking is allowed but it is very well vented in comparison to other casinos. Ambiance is clean and so is the clientele. this casino is not tacky like so many others well done.
