holy grail winery

We stopped by Holy Grail Winery to wrap up our Augusta winery trip. This winery is located in the middle of Augusta just a few blocks off of the main road. I had not heard of this winery before but was pleasantly surprised.The couple working the tasting counter turned out to be the owner and his wife. They let us try almost everything they offered, and it was really good wine. (I am partial to the Rougeon!)Outside there is a nice patio featuring tables with umbrellas and you are encouraged to bring food to enjoy with your wine. This winery is a good place to take a break away from the bigger locales and just kick back and relax with some good vino.I would recommend the Holy Grail wines, but don't expect a trip here to be an "experience" like some of their other Augusta brethren. NOTE: They are also only open currently on Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm.
