The zipline crew was great, Renee, Christopher and Kevin. Our safety came first and they answered our concern in a professional manner. It was a fun adventure and memorable experience we'll never forget.
We just came back after staying the weekend and we had a very enjoyable experience. We stayed in the cabin for two nights and did the full zipline tour. Kevin (the guide) and Shawn (Owner) were great to work with. We Will definitley visit again.
My friend and I can to Eminance to kayak and decided to stop and zip line. We had no reservations we just stopped in. Everyone there was very friendly. They made the experience great. We will definitely do this again.
We reserved ziplining and horseback riding (can't reserve horseback riding online!) and showed up to find NO ONE there! Called the phone number to get NO answer! Twenty minutes later someone shows up and acts like we are trespassing!! They already had my money so I'm not leaving! The people who took us ziplining were very friendly and we had a blast! Then we had to deal with the owner again! He was saddling our horses. RUDE and unfriendly! I was asking about getting zipline photos and he just stated the price --not where to get them or how to get them. I emailed him the next day to see about purchasing the photos and he said he would have to see if he could find them! It took me a month and eight emails and two phone calls to finally get them. I'm sure there are much friendlier places to go!!! Don't go here!! The ziplines are fun but the service SUCKS!!!
We had a crew of five kids and I mistakenly thought the NEW petting zoo listed on their website would be perfect for them. We arrive and go inside and the man, I guess the owner, cherrily asks us "are you here to zipline?!" We said we weren't and we were here for the petting zoo. He says oh, heavy with disappointment, the animals are down the lane and that they aren't out because it had been lightly raining. He gave us large bags of feed which was nice and sent us on our way. We had to look around for the animals because we were afraid we were going into someone's private barn. No signs or help at all. We had to return to the building to be sure we were in the right place. The animals were all in a lot together which consisted of a couple rabbits, a cow and calf and some goats. I would have to say the best were three fawns cooped up in a small pen but they were super cute! Later on in the week we all decided to go back to horseback ride which was also listed on the website. Since we had been there earlier in the week and the place was practically deserted we thought we'd have no problem getting some to ride even though on the website it did say reservations highly recommended. I thought this meant because they'd have so many people. So we come in again and the man is on a zipline tour and has a sign saying he'll be back. When he returns, he asks the same question as before just as cherrily, are you here to zipline?! I told him we were inquiring about horseback riding and since one car was there I thought we're in! Just as before, he rudely told us that it would take at least 3-4 day notice to horseback ride!! Huh?? We went to Cold Water Ranch and they were happy to help us on the same day. Needless to say there are PLENTY or other business in Eminence who are HAPPY to have our service no matter what we want to purchase. I have been comming to Eminence for vacations for 15 years and have never met anyone so rude.
We went to Eagle Falls just to do the zip-lines at first. The staff was ultra safety concerned and took good care to make sure we understood how to use the brake and how to keep pointed in the direction we wanted while on the zip-line. We were always tethered on the platforms and ramps and stands with zero chance of anything going wrong. The guides were really good, friendly and concerned about us having a great time on our zip-lining adventure. We had planned to stay overnight in Eminence but werent able to find a room, we asked about a place to stay for the night, and they mentioned they had a room we could have for a deal. The "room" ended up being an apartment attached to the back of the office with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and a full living room and kitchen. We were given a great rate since no one had rented it for the night. What a great place to stay. They had a newly opened bar with food directly on the river, we spent the evening there, watching a ball game and hanging out with the guides and other regulars. It was a relaxing night with good company. The food was standard bar-fare and reasonably priced. The whole experience was great from the zip-lines to the bar to the room. The staff was friendly, everything was reasonably priced and Eminence was a nice little town with a few places to eat and a choice of little shops to walk through. We will definitely be going back if just to hang out a the bar and renew some friendships. Special mention, the staff were what made the trip fun, they bent over backwards to make our adventure memorable. Good times!!
Great place to take teens and adults for zip lining. took our church youth group. they had a blast!! also they got in the big rubber ball that is rolled down a hill. ate lunch at their picnic area. would go back
Cool Zip Line Located off of Tom Akers Road In Eminence Mo. Situated Right On The Beautiful Jacks Fork River. Reasonably Priced. Fun For The Whole Family!
My husband & I took our 13 and 15 year old to do the zip line and zorb. They absolutely loved it and asked if we could come back before we even left. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We look forward to bringing them back next Summer.
We had seven people in our group ranging from grandpa and grandma to eight years old and everyone enjoyed the experience. The guides were wonderful and had a great sense of humor. We rode on all five ziplines. The four (grandpa and three grandkids) that strapped themselves into the Zorb ball said it may have been the best 45 seconds of their lives. **Call ahead for reservations--then you do not have to worry about a wait.
We did not stay at the motel (Thank God!). We were going there to ride on the Zip Line that they advertised all over the place. When we got there in the middle of the day on a Saturday there was one car in the parking lot. We asked two people who were walking where the zip line was and they directed us to the campground. Imagine our surprise when we found the zip line over the lake to actually be a rusty wire over a mud hole with a delapidated stand. There were a couple trailers in the campground, but no one around. They need to take down the zip line signs. Very misleading.
was in eminence to float and decided to try out a local zipline, what a great choice. flyeaglesfalls.com was priced right and the help staff excellent. They had the whole group, teenagers, adults, and singles having a great time. very worth the money, and fun. check it out.
