cobb museum of archaeology

I joined a group of middle school kids for a field trip to the museum. It is a small place but packs a bit of punch in what it has on display along which good descriptions about the artifacts. You should expect to spend about 45 minutes to an hour perusing around.

The photo of the antebellum home has nothing to do with the museum. The house is located on Oktoc Rd. The museum is interesting if you already happen to be in the area.

Focuses on local and southeastern U.S. Some artifacts from around the world. Nice distraction if it is open. Usually only on weekdays.
