Could not have been treated better ."A" in every category . can not wait to get back for another great experience.

Overall I had a great time. First time here in Blackhawk and traveling there was nice and relaxing. I will continue to go with my husband and friends.

Had fun at the black-jack tables, won a little at the slots, had a great meal at Bourbon st. Will come back again.

This is the worst of the lot...layout terrible..Noone was there to help us out..dent an hour waiting for anyone to wait on us...never happened..the machine s are tight and tighter..not recommend

I was very pleased with the selection of food, our server was nice but I couldn't ignore the fact that manager on duty stoped at every table except for, ours we tought that was racist.

Serves the best food and has lots of slots. Like how the food comps are sepperete from play credits and the players benfits are sweet

This is a nice small casino smaller than anything in Vegas. The people were pretty friendly and the dealer kept apologizing when she beat me eighteen times straight.

Very nice staff. Fun slots that seemed to pay out decently. Seems bright and new, variety of slots. They have a nice beverage station to get yourself soda and coffee.

Lots of slots, busy tables. Not always easy to get a seat, even during the week days. Lots of new slots. Hard to get floor staff help. But I still like the choice of slots.

Truly enjoyed everything about it, keep up the friendly service. Your staff is outstanding. They made our stay enjoyable....we will return.

Nasty place, particularly that redheaded pit boss.Games are mediocre. Viedeo poker machines are ancient with scome screens so dim and images burned in, they are almost impossible to read.Food is awful.'nuff said.

A totally disorganized casino dictated from headquarters (NV) with no contacts with the locals.They treat the local customers with disdain, thinking that they can be replaced with othertransients such as in LasVegas. WRONG!Since the new management takeover (Affinity Gaming), hundreds of loyal gamblers have defected to other casinos.Their new expansion does not work, as their restaurant is too large, to accommodate theirdwindling customer base.Their buffet is easily the worst in town. Re: Ask customers who have eaten there.Their slot pay tables have been changed, to produce very few jackpots, in proportion to mostof the other casinos.If you want to enjoy a gambling experience in Blackhawk, try many of the other casinos available.

We visit Mardi Gras once a week and they have the best players card rewards. The staff is very friendly and we seem to be very lucky on slots. I think they are thr loosest in Black Hawk..

Been there, now I am trying to reach someone at Winners Club to ask some questions and after 20 minutes someone answers hangs up. We are not from Colorado, we are from Florida, so we were looking for long trip vacation and they lost it. Probably will stay in Denver, and is cheaper too

The entire town is amazing. The trolley takes you up and down the hill. Casino hopping at its best! The buffets in town were awesome. The "townies" are amazingly nice & grateful that you are spending your money in their town. We can't wait to go back!
